Good location to food, shopping and transportation. Unit had everything needed for our stay. However, our unit had a nice king bed but the rest of the furniture was bad. Sofa bed stained and broken down. Vanity coming apart. Not decorated well at all. For what we paid expected nicer furnishings

The property is absolutely charming. Exceeded expectations on how cute the rooms and building. I would have loved amenities like a pool, breakfast, etc. but knew not to expect them.

Perfectly located, bare essentials, very polite staff.

Good location, very cute and quaint. Had a somewhat difficult after-hours check-in, bad luck I suppose. We had the economy room, so it was tiny but very functional. Would definitely stay here again!

When I made my reservation I was assured they had parking for $24 per night. When I got they they didn’t have parking, sent me to a gararge two blocks away that was full and I had to drive around until I found a garage for $48. In addition, the unit was smaller than any hotel I have ever stayed in and we couldn’t sleep with all the traffic noise. I would pay more next time and stay in a real hotel.

The apartments are part of a town house. My room was at the basement, which is surprising but ok. The ad say it has a full kitchen. While there is a range, with no range hood and no good natural ventilation, you can't cook without smell your food all day or longer. The shower room is so small that you can't finish a shower without constantly bumping into the walls. The rug is old and dirty. The chairs and table are too old. Worst of all, I saw a cockroach.

Great place to stay, loved the fact it was like a studio apartment. Only downside was the smoke alarm battery. Kept beeping all night but I was still able to sleep. The went above and beyond to pur me near Symphony Hall for the NYE show.

Overnight trip for NYE. The staff at the front deak did a great job of accommodating me next to the concert hall, even though I was willing to be further away. Very nice room, full kitchen which was appreciated. Only down side the smoke larm battery needed to be replaced as kept beeping. However very, very minor.

great location. very noisy. we were in the room under the reception area and it was very noisy from above and in the halls. The room was very hot. It was fine for the two night stay at a great price.

This was a really nice surprise. After checking in, my apartment was actually a few doors down on the street but I really felt like I was AT HOME once I got there.

The pictures do not do this justice, the location is great and I will be staying here in the future. Would like to thank the staff for all their help.

Windows let in some street noise. The refrigerator was noisy as well.

great location. Clean and simple. No bells and whistles, but totally adequate and clean

Nice neighborhood. Tiny room shows it’s age. Furniture beat up. Door frame shows light through. You can see inside from the hall.

Conveniently located. Excellent value! Close to public transportation. Many dining/shopping options nearby. 🙂👍🌵
