I really loved my stay. It felt like I had my own apartment in a great part of Boston.

Great neighborhood, helpful staff, cozy apartment.

It was a great property that fits the Boston atmosphere really well. It was very comfortable, quiet, extremely safe area. We stayed on the third floor and there was not an elevator so just a heads up on that. The only negatives was that there was no room service in our four days of being there, not sure if that was a part of the place. Overall for a cheap price, I would recommend staying here.

Beautiful neighborhood and nicely appointed room. Exceeded expectations

very nice and clean place

Location is great our only complaint is that it was a bit noisy at times late at night.

Beds were comfortable and surrounding neighborhood was relatively peaceful. This seemed a good value compared to staying in a hotel. I would stay here again. A/C unit should be upgraded.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Facility was old and quaint but had musty smell and my particular room was small. Stairs were a little steep.

Great location, very walkable. Nice staff.

Copley House is a collection of lovely old brownstones in the Back Bay neighborhood of Boston. I had a pleasant little English Basement apartment. Cost was half that of adjacent corporate hotels.

I unfortunately had noisy and discourteous upstairs occupants at 1 a.m. I had to dress and go upstairs to tell them to quite it down. They seemed to be drunk young girls...possibly recent graduates and others with loud music, shouting and singing. It took about 30 minutes for most of them to leave. I was roomed on the bottom floor and unlike a regular hotel stay in Boston, I could hear most footsteps and dragging luggage. Never again

Pros: Central to dining and shopping Walking distance to Fenway Park Con: Hot water in shower way too hot.

Absolutely beautiful

Location was perfect for our needs.

Great location. Small place and lovely staff. Excellent place. Only change I would make is the sofabed needs upgrading as falling apart.

This hotel consists of several older buildings within a block of the address. The neighborhood is safe and very close to the Prudential Center, Hynes Convention Center, and Symphony Hall. It is nice to have a kitchenette (with dishes, silverware, etc) and the hotel is less expensive than others in the area. However, it is a bit worn and old -- needs a carpet refresh and paint, both in the room and the hallways. On the other hand, it was clean and functional.
