The room was very small and the bathroom was smaller. It was fine because it was just one night and in the winter, so we got a great rate. We just kept saying thank goodness we didn't pay the high season rate. Location is amazing!

The staff were extremely courteous. The hotel rooms were actually quiet as well. No loud doors banging or hearing the street noise..that was nice considering we were staying in the city. All the rooms have been renovated so everything was new..also nice. My only complaint was the bathroom. It well appointed but TINY. The toilet is so close to the sink they are almost touching. If I stay there again, I will request a room with a larger bathroom. Otherwise a very good value for the money.

The staff was very courteous and friendly, and the room was nice, small but thoughtfully arranged. However the bathroom was not as clean as I expected, saw a few hairs around the sink and in the container with qtips, and I cleaned the toilet seat before I used it.

Beautiful place but wasn’t happy with the fact that their “deluxe king room” was the size of a shoebox. Bathroom super small and lacks functionality like the rest of the room. Was not impressed upon walking in nor was I impressed with paying what I did for the smallest hotel room I’ve ever been in. Lobby was pretty and food was good.
