Boston Omni Parker House Hotel

It was fine, but the room only had full beds, not queens which isn't comfortable. The parking fee of $50/night isn't unexpected in Boston, but it doesn't even cover 24 hours. We checked in a little before 9 pm for an early morning medical appointmen and left our bags with he hotel, we inquired about leaving our car with the valet and were told that we had to retrieve it by 3 pm, or then the charge is $13 hour after that. The rooms was smallish, but again not unlike most city hotel rooms. It could have done with a dusting. I liked the old world charm of the hotel and the staff was wonderful to us, overall. The location was great for walking everywhere we needed to be that day. Overall the experience was fine, but we will probably try another hotel when we return as we do often for our sons medical needs.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. Loved the history of the hotel, wish there was some information I could have taken with me, but our stay was great

Only stayed one day but i was very comfortable and satisfied

Spent a night here to see a show at the opera house. Beautiful hotel with a rich history in a fantastic location. The staff is extremely friendly and attentive. Close to so many nearby attractions and shopping. Couldn’t recommend it any higher!

Usually hotels in Boston are small and noisy but this one was very comfortable. The bed was a dream. Blackout curtains so you can sleep in. And a nice shower with great water pressure.

Had wonderful experience at this delightful hotel. Staff extremely friendly and helpful, hotel very conveniently located and room comfortable.

Valet service was great, front desk was very helpf

Check in was super easy, our room was ready and clean. We had the John Quincy Suite. The extra space was worth it for us. We enjoyed being able to stretch out. We did not try the restaurants in the hotel because we were so close to so much!

I booked a package deal for my flight, hotel, and car through orbitz. I confirmed that I needed a king size bed for my stay. The desk staff was completely rude and unapologetic and said all we have is a double bed. We’re sold out! The room was the size of a closet and the bathroom even smaller. I might have considered a roll away bed but the staff was so rude I didn’t want to stay. Orbitz found me a great hotel around the corner called Ames. It was fantastic! The staff was courteous and the rooms were spacious and beautiful. Don’t stay at Omni Boston! I highly recommend the Ames hotel.

Everything was good except smelly sheets?? Good location Good staff Very central to many places Do stay

The hotel is amazing with history. Read about all the people that have ever stayed here in the history. Even Charles Dickens stayed here in the mid 1800s.

Booked this room one month in advance to celebrate a special occasion. When reserving room, I requested a King bed, however we were placed in a room with a full bed. Two adults (one that is 6’3” tall) in a full makes for a sleepless night. We were dismissed by front desk when we inquired why with the standard “our hotel is fully booked and were weren’t able to honor your request”.

We had a wonderful stay at The Omni. Friendly staff and lovely room.

Great experience! Very nice atmosphere and right in downtown close to historic sites.

I've admired The Boston Omni Parker House Hotel for many years and although I live in Boston, on a very cold winters day I decided to treat myself to an 'overnight day-cation'. I originally booked a petite room, however the very professional, friendly front desk staff generously upgraded me to a slightly larger room. It was very warm, cozy and inviting; I could have easily stayed another couple nights. The bathtub was beautiful (very important for a mineral soaking!) all the desired amenities were there; iron, hair dryer, bathrobes and plenty of towels, mugs, etc. Very clean, well maintained overall, no unattractive odors OR excessive noise!

A beautiful, historic hotel in the heart of Boston. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The facility, staff and convenience to everything Boston can't be beat for the money. We will most certainly be back!

As someone who has traveled around the world and stayed at hundreds of hotels, I mus say, Omni Parker House is one of the worst. Right from the yawning check in lady to the food to the stinky sheets. After a long day and checking in at 10:30pm, I ordered a burger. This is going to seem trivial, but I wanted cheese on my burger. Their answer was we will send a slice of cheese upstairs and you can put in your burger. Seriously? I was utterly disappointed. The room was not properly insulated either as there was constant cold air coming in. And to top it off, the pillows stank of sweat! I threw the pillows on the ground and was eventually forced to sleep on the single chair in the disgusting room. Expected better from Omni.

Room was too small could not walk. Bathroom was also trrribpy small. Restaurant had terrible service Would never stay there again.

I love the history of this place! It was very close to historical locations and there was a Starbucks a cross the street and a Walgreens within walking distance as well.

Room was small bath was small and noise was a problem
