Great location, easy check in/out. They have a baggage storage area available, so we left bags there for a couple of hours after check out to go exploring. Nice bagel place right down the block for eggs or other sandwiches, lots of shopping and Freedom Trail literally passing outside the door.

Overall, wonderful experience. Love the decor and staff. The only complaint is the slowness of the elevators.

The staff who checked me in was very helpful and friendly. The hotel is an older hotel so their is some expected wear on the lobby etc. The room wasn't anything lavish but was very clean and VERY comfortable. It is in a GREAT location and you can walk to so many great spots. We went to the bar at the end of the night for a drink and the bar staff was friendly and welcoming.

Great historic hotel within walking distance from the financial district

Central location. Close to everything. Walked everywhere.

Average place to stay, little outdated facilities.

Great location, perfectly nice hotel with helpful staff

I will definitely stay at this hotel again! It was so close to everything! Very cozy and comfortable. The linens were wonderful!

Love the history, architecture ,and staff. All service above and beyond especially the baggage handler in the lobby. Would definitely recommend it and will be back.

Nice beautiful hotel in a good location. Within close proximity to sights!!

Expected more up-to-date room, but it was well worn.

Excellent bell staff, very friendly and helpful. Greeted us with a smiling face and helpful information for our stay.

Everything was perfect. Staff is excellent. Not one negative comment to make. It’s just a Grand Hotel.

Great Except, I was suffering from back pain and couldent do much of the walk

The Omni Parker is one of Boston's old, elegant hotels. It's located right across the street from the Park St. T, which gives you access to every part of the city. It's got two bars that serve food plus an elegant restaurant plus it's across the street from Ruth Chris. I really enjoyed my stay there. I had their Boston cream pie which originated there which was excellent.

Very nice, cute, basic small room, which was all I needed for a one night stay for a trip to the museum. Lobby is grand.

I have never stayed in a smaller room for any price, let alone $650! Boston is expensive but there is no value here.
