Cllean and super great customer service. Mega nice bed and pillow. Walk in shower!!!!

Awesome location! Very rustic style and clean! Quiet too!

Nice people. Hotel is a bit dated. Smallish rooms. Thin walls. Good water and heat.

Friendly staff, noise level was high and the room was small.

We had a great stay. We arrived early in the morning and we're going to check our bags but were excited our room was ready.

Loved the history of this hotel, the staff and the location.

Guys we're in the 21st century. You're charging for WIFI? What kind of nickel and dime operation is this... It's the year 2016. You can go to a lot of hotels now, even cheap hotels and the WIFI is free. Go into a McDonalds or a Starbucks for God's sake. Your cheap WIFI is $9 and your expensive version is $14 ? Please stop nickel and diming your customers.

Great stay at the Omni, wonderful staff made my first time stay in Boston effortless and enjoyable form my wife and I as we were celebrating her birthday.

This was my first trip to Boston. The hotel did not make a good first impression! I kept getting locked out of my room, requiring three sets of keys in four days. Very poor cell phone reception in the rooms, my calls kept dropping. The bed was so close to the desk, I had to slide into the desk chair sideways. Finally, the mouse running down the hallway was the cherry on top of a less than satisfactory experience.

Everything about the hotel was great. It is expensive but your getting what you pay for. The rooms are a tad bit small, and the bathrooms even smaller.

The freedom trail passes right by the hotel. Walking distance to the Quincy Market for restaurants, bars, shopping. The standard queen room was small but comfortable. The bell staff are very nice and helpful.

Hotel lies right in the middle of everything! Just a short walk to the Common. Park street T stop is right next door. Fanueil Hall and Quincy Market only yards away. Great experience! Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. A must stay for anyone looking to experience Boston and all its history.

Great historical hotel. Beautiful and we'll maintained. Fantastic location near freedom trail and subway. Beds very comfortable.

Friendly staff, large room. Clean. Comfortable. Quiet

of a serious refurbishing. Update finishes, glaze tub, better wifi. Plus side: All staff were gracious, kind and helpful. Food was incredible as well.

Although I called to make sure the hotel was paid for on a corporate card. The hotel made an error with billing and I had to run on a personal credit card. This happened even though we phoned ahead to make sure this would not happen.

Older hotel well kept in middle of city. Pretty noisy in evening with respect to adjacent rooms, hallway and street noise. Dining was very good but pricey.
