Truly a landmark building in an incredibly convenient location to all of the great downtown areas and freedom trail. The rich history of Parker House and meaningful care of the interior of the building a truly respectful of what makes the stay here so special. It’s an older building, so don’t expect too much space in the rooms/bathrooms or sound dampening.

Great location and wonderful staff.

I arrived 3 hours late and was exhausted. Only staying for one night. My check-in was easy and they had someone to help me with my luggage.

Great stay, love the hotel, staff, and the history of the place.

Best value for cost, compared to stays in other hotels.

Location to food, attractions.

This is a beautiful hotel in the heart of Boston. It is walking distance to Copley, Faniuel Hall, the aquarium, the Commons, Cambridge, Beacon Hill, etc..., and the Freedom Trail is around the corner. The staff was wonderful with tales to share about the history of the hotel and the area. It was my first stay here, but I will be back.

We loved the history of the Parker House! Ahmed greeted us like family when we arrived and made us feel welcome to return soon! We plan on a fall anniversary trip and will definitely stay here at the Parker House. It is a wonderful experience within the enchanted city of Boston.

Great hotel in a great location. Parking was pricey but the valet option is the easy button in this location. We walked everywhere we wanted to go so a car wasn't needed. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful.

The room was comfortable and clean. Enjoyed my stay in Boston. Hotel’s location was perfect.

This historic hotel was very convenient and comfortable. I would stay here again.

Run down property. Needs major renovation.

charm of lobby and public spaces

One of the big draws when booking this hotel months ago was for the restaurants and after all these month still closed.

Well located. Comfortable.
