There are a lot of hidden fees from what is advertised in Orbiz...count on doubling price for stay when you get there. Also the $50 per day parking fee with Valet is a bit pricey

Location (proximity to downtown Boston) was excellent, room was very clean, staff was very friendly. Food was not great. Fried fish at dinner was not very appealing and it looked like my grandson's pancakes at breakfast had been cooked ahead of time.

We love the history, location, food and beverage, rooms, lounge, restaurant and staff. Perfect in every way.

I like the character and feel of the hotel but there were parts in the room that were rundown. Overall I love the location and the feel which makes it easy to over look the old blankets, not able to plug the tub, and the light shining in under and around the door.

Wonderful stay and clean accommodations in a historic hotel. It suited us perfectly. Holiday visit with all the elegant decorations, easy check in, Joseph, our concierge, was outstanding with everything we needed to navigate the city easily. The customer service was stellar; food delicious. We look forward to returning. Highly recommend.

Perfect location, great for walking and learning the history of Boston. Great food and bars in close proximity.

Close to tourist locations. The valet, Steve, was especially helpful.

I loved how they maintained the property, I love the location, right on the Freedom Trail. I hated the hidden additional fees.

Beautiful entrance and the bell service was awesome! What I didn't like is the amount of charges that kept getting added on to my card. And I had no idea what they were for.
