The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and celebrated during our 14th anniversary trip. They gave us a boston creme pie dessert with champagne as a special treat and we got a complimentary upgrade to our room as well. Even the bellhops were super helpfuk taking our picture for us on front of their Christmas tree. Room was wonderful and the bed was super comfy. Big thank you to Karrell and his staff for a wonderful few days at Omni Parker House!

This hotel is a 2 star property. Awrulf. The first room we were given had no windows! The secnd was equally bad with VERY low unacceptable lighting, curtains whiich were not able to close, no heat overnight (until a very kind electician came by to address). We also lost power, there was xero hest and no vemt in the batrhoom, and the only "closet" was inside the bartoon wall made with cheap kitchen wire shelves (no way to hang anythng fully).The ont and only KEY positive is the staff who was great and hands on, I do no understand positive reviews and think they may be fake.

The Omni Parker House is a beautiful property, in a fantastic location! The front desk staff were welcoming and efficient. Our room was comfortable with 2 queen beds and a lovely sitting area. We had plenty of room to spread out in the time between city explorations. Speaking of the city, we were able to quickly access so many great parts of Boston with short walks to the Common, Faneuil Hall, and the T. Whenever we left to explore, we came back to a clean comfortable space.

Loved staying in this iconic hotel. Walkable to all the tourist highlights in Boston. The rooms were small but comfortable. Breakfast each morning in the hotel was delicious. Highly recommend.

Excellent location. Very nice, clean, safe hotel, and historic as well. Hot/cold sink faucets did not work very well, and the HVAC system made it either too cold or too warm. Noise first night due to wedding on roof above 14th floor, and we were in 14th floor! Quiet second night though. Staff was very friendly, professional, polite and helpful. I would definitely stay there again.
