History, excellent, helpful staff.

IT's unique character

The property is situated in a perfect place for tourists to experience the history of Boston. The hotel staff was very helpful and courteous.

I don’t like being charged an extra $29.13 per day in BOGUS fees, just for the pleasure of walking onto the property. I received NOTHING for this money. RIP OFF~!!

Parking was a mess down the street with broken elevator . Extra charges every where. View was a brick wall

Bathroom and bathroom accessories needs updating.

My room was so small. There was no place to put anything, the desk was up against the small bed. the bathroom was also tiny. I also had a very tiny window that I couldn’t really see anything out of anyway. The elevators were so slow that I usually just took the stairs. I love the history of the hotel, I think it could use some upgrades though to bring it back to its former glory. And for the insane price I had to pay (had to book last minute for work) I just can’t recommend it for what I got for that price. I was happy that my room had a coffee maker. All in all, I’ll try a different hotel next time I’m in Boston

2 of 4 elevators don’t work. Tiny room. Needed a full renovation 25 years ago😱

Classic hotel atmosphere

The Omni was great! The staff was incredibly nice and I had a great time

Close to historical sites

Good location. Walkable. Lovely historic hotel.

Hotel is very old yet very quaint. Service is impeccable.

Good cleaning for room Very nice for taking Good food for server

The best part for me was the location.

This was a great spur of the moment getaway. I work in Boston but never stayed in Boston. This was a fun night great location!

We had stayed at the Omni Seaport during our same visit. It was newer and the rooms were slightly bigger. We didn't like that there wasn't a guest receiving ramp to check in and unload at the Parker House Omni. We had to do it in the street. The TV was much smaller that the Seaport Omni. The room did not have a wet bar with a fridge and some other amenities as a newer hotel. The bar and restaurant was closed until 4pm. Last but not least, the shower heads in the shower were terrible. Sharp narrow stream. I know it is an older building with a long history in a good location but not worth the trade off of staying in the newer Omini in my opinion.
