nice staff. quiet room. only negative: sheets/duvet cover very noisy, and bottom sheet didn't alway stay anchored on mattress. overall, though, a lovely hotel.
Great location. The rooms are a little noisy as you can hear TV from other room etc. Restaurant in the hotel is great. There is no house keeping. But that's not a big deal for me. I would definitely stay for the location.
This is my second time staying at Sonder in Cambridge. The croons are small but very clean and comfortable. It’s in a great location and i really enjoying staying there. I highly recommend it.
Bad communication with virtual hotel staff. Door code took 15 tries to work
I did not realize there is no front desk or a place to store luggage. The room was clean and neat. The bed was comfortable but the bedding was cheap and loud. There was also a lot of noise both above our room and below our room from the restaurant/bars etc. Location is great but not sure I would pick this place again.
The Sonder stay is unique and new in the industry. The lobby is not staffed and you get a code to enter the lobby. There are strict limits on time when you can enter and have use of the code. This makes it very difficult for a business person to have use of the wifi for meeting purposes. There is also no bathroom for use in the lobby which again for the business person is problematic. There is an onsite restaurant and rooftop cocktail lounge, which was nice. The room was small but nicely appointed and stylish and clean. The location is fantastic right in the middle of Harvard and MIT. Parking in Cambridge is expensive and the garage is about a block away. Very fair price for the area. I would stay again knowing how to deal with the lobby situation. Seems appealing to a younger crowd.
