Excellent experience definitely we will return to the Hampton Inn & Suite

Room was right next to fitness center. This was great for me as I like to work out but horrible when we were in our room and someone was running on the treadmill or dropping weights right next door. Our whole room would shake. My daughter had an operation at Boston Medical so the noise and vibration were particularly painful for her.

I am very disappointed with Orbitz. The hotel is listed as having an airport shuttle. It ends up that the shuttle only runs certain hours of he day. We arrived st 10:30pm and the shuttle stopped running at 8:00pm. We are traveling with children and we need to either take a shuttle or have a car seat (which we didn’t have). We finally had to rent a car to get from the airport to the hotel. Also the hotel is listed at 3.9 miles from the airport. That is nowhere near the driving distance. I feel Orbitz’s listing was misleading on these points and I regret using Orbitz.

Nice hotel. No parking. Bad neighborhood. Your right next to the Boston Hospital and a clinic call it recovery road if you will. Will find a different place to stay next time.

My daughters had a very pleasant stay. They had trouble getting onto WiFi and was never able to use it but enjoy their time together.

We are fairly local but stayed overnite to avoid traffic. We had easy check in and check out.

Hotel is friendly, with lots of student-age people staying there. A slightly better than typical Motel-6 breakfast included in the room. Coffee maker, micro-wave, and refrigerator in the room was a good thing.

nice and friendly staff, hot breakfast, shuttle from/to airport is a big plus.

The heating/ air conditioner unit's fan was very noisy. The sound from the many sirens permeated the room.

Really enjoyed my stayed but it took an incredible long time to reach the staff at the front desk, other than that I like the hotel, very trendy, spacious great location.

It was good! Enjoyed the experience. Hotel staff was kind hotel was clean.

The hotel was awesome, the room was clean and comfortable and clean, the hotel staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. If I could change anything I wish their fitness center and pool were larger. I will definitely stay there again during a snow storm.

Nice facilities, friendly staff, good value and convenient location to airport.
