Great convenient stay for an early morning flight. Restaurant food was pleasantly better than expected. The view was great too. Only concern was its thin walls. Would stay again for the convenience.

All of the staff at the front desk and in the restaurant were rude. We had drinks before our room was ready and at times I felt we were bothering the server. We had a nap and came back down for dinner and the food was far from the prices they were charging.

This was the second time that I stayed in this hotel, and decided to eat at their restaurant. The first time the food was okay, and service was less than great. Given the spectacular view from the hotel of downtown Boston, I decided to give it another try. There seemed to be enough staff, but for whatever reason, they all look appeared hurried. My server was very nice, but the food again was not great, and arrived lukewarm. For the prices, it would have almost been worth the ride to Boston for a better meal.

The view is nice. Otherwise a dud. Restaurant not good and way overpriced.

Had a layover and they treated us well for our honeymoon.

Nice and clean room and facilities. Close to the airport. Only negative is that you need to take a water taxi to get across to town and that can get expensive.

Spent three nights, had dinner there on two of the nights. All in all, would recommend both for hotel and dining.

New modern facility across the harbor from downtown adjacent to the airport. Good area to exercise and walk around the harbor. Access to downtown via water taxis (20.00 r/t pp) Airport noise not a problem. Don't bring a car as parking is quite expensive. Airport shuttle very reliable and runs frequently. Left too early for breakfast so can't comment.

Right next to T and ferry. Ate dinner right on water.

The location of the hotel is so convenient for airport and the 24 hr shuttle service to the airport and transportation is great. One of the quietest hotels I have stayed in. The harborside grill has great food, and great service. If returning to Boston, we would stay here again in a heart beat. The staff are excellent all around, great view of the harbour and airport if you like †o watch planes taking off and landing. You do not hear the planes. It is a very quiet hotel you would think it was in the middle of no where. Loved our stay. Great place to stay if running the Boston Marathon. They have extra stuff going on, including a free yoga class the morning before taught by an experienced instructor.

Great view of Boston. Easy to get to Boston's downtown area. Water Taxi stop right behind the hotel.

I stayed one night, in between travels, and it was one of the nicest layovers I've ever had.

When we first checked in the gentleman at the desk seemed indifferent. The waitstaff were fanstastic. The room.....hmmm bathroom door was broken, bathtub was clogged and the sink was broken

Would stay again ...............................................................................

Waitress Laura was excellent , very attentive, and made the dining experience wonderful!

Nice hotel, hard to get into Boston. Need to take a water shuttle or pay expensive cab fees. No shuttle to downtown, just airport.

For the location it is a good value and has a wonderful view of downtown at night.

The location to the airport is so convenient. The hotel staff I would very unfriendly and the lobby bar/restaurant was not very welcoming as many other hotels are to business travelers.

The hotel was great, nice location and I like the access to the water taxi and the North End.

The staff were unusually helpful and courteous, especially the front desk, valet, restaurant, and reservations. The view of the city over the water from the back patio is spectacular. The accommodations were clean and comfortable. Expensive, but worth it to be well rested for an early morning flight.
