Love the room overlooking the airport and the harbor. 12th floor is a great height with nothing in your way. The carpet getting off the elevator could be cleaned or replaced.

Pillows In The room were either small or too big and heavy. There is not a dresser with drawers on the room and the mini fridge was on the floor. Not enough hanging space for items, they got pushed together and wrinkled because it was so cramped. The safe door would not close if it wasn’t being used to it was left open and swung out and kept getting in the way. Idk why every hotel doesn’t provide a night light in the bathroom so you can still see but without the main lights really bright in the middle of the night.

The shower door did not stay closed. It kept sliding open as i showered. Had to put my foot as a stop so it wouldnt be wide open while showering. For the cost of staying at this hotel it seemed run down. Little things like this should be fixed. Room 1023.

The hotel is too far from the terminal to go walking and to close for taxi. I have tried to call the shuttle- the hotel never answered. If you have to go early in the morning- you just have to go down and wait up to 20 minutes. At check in- they force you to buy a package of 30 USD even if you do not need and do not want (it includes parking even if you have no car- discount in the restaurant even if you arrive at midnight and leave at 6...)
