Trendy hotel, clean room, nicely located near the TD garden.

I loved the bed and sheets!!! The sheets were so comfortable! I would like to buy them myself. Bed was large and comfortable as well. Staff were awesome and nice, gave recommendations where to go eat and drink. Also called both times to make sure we called Uber eats before they allowed them up to our room.

Very nice accomidation. Easy to get to. Close to the Garden.

Wonderful friendly staff. Great location. Comfortable bed and lunens

Very nice hotel in the heart of Downtown Boston. Convenient to TD Ameritrade and the many events that they have to offer.

It was awesome time. The guy jo jo at the desk is a robot. He was always there. Made the price totally worth it

Nice hotel. close to the TD North. can walk back to the hotel after the concert!

Not the wine hour I am used to with a Kimpton property. We had to ask multiple times for a second robe and for the television remote to be fixed. The staff was very friendly. The room was very good quality. Less than five minute walk to T green line, Quincy Market, and Fanuel Hall.

Very walkable area next to North End and TD Garden. Quincy Market was also very close.

Great location. Not much directly next to it but very short walk to Boston Public Market and Hanover St for Italian dinner Room was a bit dated but still cute and comfortable. Can be noisy depending on location. Bar and reception could use a refresh but the staff was super friendly and useful. Would recommend as a base if sleeping is all you are interested in.

Nice hotel nice room. Didn’t like the fact that the fridge was full and couldn’t be used unless you wanted to spend 5 dollars on water.

Like all Kimpton Hotels we knew what to expect and thats part of what we stay at Kimpton. Great location for a local doctors visit.

I asked where the Valet service had parked my car. The person at the front desk asked why. I told them I had left a medical device in the car. He told me that they would look for it, and let me know “if” they found it. After an hour, there was NO response. I went to a nearby pharmacy and purchased another medical device, which cost over $75. When my car was brought to the front door of the hotel, my wife joined me, with our paid parking bill of $146. I had been told it would be $94 total. I then noticed the medical device that I had asked the front desk to locate in plain sight - exactly where I had asked them to check - since they would not allow me access to my parked car. This hotel cost us $127 more than they told me it would cost to stay there. NO! I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE!!!!!!

Very nice hotel close to the Garden. I book this hotel any time I go to a show here. Clean, convenient and has all that you need for your stay. Desk staff is excellent and very very helpful. Would recommend to friends/family.

Close to TD garden and within walking distance for the Celtics game. Also within walking distance to the north end and the harbor. Staff was very friendly and welcoming!

Room extremely small. Odor of marijuana terrible. Beds very uncomfortable

Room to small for 3 people I hate the that orbitz keeps sending me reviews orbit blows

We arrived just after Boston was deluged with mountains of snow, so it was cold, wet and windy. But once we arrived at our hotel all that seemed to go away. It was warm, inviting and cozy. Its at the perfect location concerning convenience for activities to do, shopping and places to eat. We will be back again.

Front desk staff very friendly and nice, especially for Boston. And bathrobes and yoga mat in the guest room was an extra plus. But totally confused about why the hotel charges a $15/day resort fee. There's no beach, no pool, no sauna, no complimentary breakfast. I think this should be revisited by hotel management. Totally unfair and you're over charging your hotel guests. The hotel did offer complimentary tea and coffee with newspapers until 10am, but other hotels that I've stayed at in Boston offer this perk without a $15/day resort fee! And complimentary tea/coffee should be offered all day, especially during the bitter winter days in Boston. The common area is small and not well lit, so you don't feel like resting in that area.
