The front desk attendant came outside and assisted me with the parking situation in front of the hotel. He personally escorted my girlfriend and I into the hotel after making sure the valet received my keys and car. We weren't familiar with Boston and he directed us to the best possible transportation to TD Garden. The valet was also very friendly and helpful. Very nice staff!!!!!

Good location, shopping and restaurants nearby. Nice breakfast options.

The staff is second to none! If we expressed a need (cardboard and a marker for my son’s Red Sox sign), they met it! The staff at the restaurant was excellent and breakfast was delicious!

Stayed here for a Sox game. Great location, centrally located. Super comfy bed. Best part, complementary water when you check in. It was much needed

great customer service. the room was very clean. the location is great and vibrant.

Needed two queen beds and a pull out sofa and this was the perfect spot. We had a really good size suite. Hotel staff could not have been nicer. Would go back for sure.

This is a solid hotel in a good Boston location near Copley Square.

Found a good deal at the Marriott Courtyard Copley. It was boutique-like, service good and room comfortable, not cramped like some other hotels in the area. The front desk even stored my doggie-bag for me overnight.

We stayed here and found the hotel to be a small boutique hotel with very small, but comfortable rooms. Good location one block from Boylston which is the main shopping area and a short walk to Boston Common. Fenway Park is about a 30 minute walk.

Nice clean and great location in Boston's back bay area.

Hotel is a neat 125 year old hotel at Copely Square. Staff was over the top friendly and helpful. Room was nice and clean. Large pillows, not those little square ones hotels seem to be going to. Room was cold most of the time, no heat. Notified staff twice. Water was warm at best, most of the time no hot water.

Delivered what it promised in all respects. Although room was clean I felt that a slight mustiness was evident - as my alergies quickly testified.

Location was perfect, right near heart of Copley Square. Hotels across the street cost twice as much. Room was clean, bed was large and comfortable, bathroom was very spacious. Air conditioning worked perfectly also. Nothing more you could ask for in a hotel for a weekend trip. Highly recommend this place.

Nice staff, great location, big clean rooms, free wifi

Good location to visit colleges. Easy access to the "T". Room was small but comfortable. Staff was very pleasant. Would stay there again.

Friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast buffet was fairly standard, basic menu, waitstaff was attentive. the name of the the Courtyard by Marriott Copley Square is somewhat confusing. The hotel is not close to Copley Square.

Was very comfortable, Buffet Breakfast was just OK. Staff was excellent

Good experience on short notice - location and convenience are primo. Expense was fairly high, but the hotel is in the heart of Boston, so it's expected. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice clean room, though a bit small (I suppose that's the "boutique" element), and the Sam Adams package was terrific. All in all, a good experience.

Uneventfu check-in and out - which is good. Friendly staff. Good atmosphere. Smallish rooms but very clean.
