This property is beautiful. The room was very nice and had everything we needed. It was an easy drive to the cruise parking lot. A little pricey but worth the convenience.

It was good overall. There was a hair left on the desk. The shower was completely out of body wash and almost out of shampoo, and I had no choice but to use shampoo in place of body wash during the first night shower. Housekeeping promptly refilled both the shampoo and body wash after I notified them. Other than this, everything else was excellent.

Wouldn’t Stay There Again

By comparison with other Double Tree Hiltons we have stayed at, this one was not up to the standard of others. The aircon wasn’t as effective as it should be, the bathroom was just adequate, etc., and yet they charged premium costs for car parking.

The room that stayed at was very musky and smelled kept us awake the entire time. There was no separate checking in for elite member even though they had panel behind their check-in desk and it wasn’t enforced and everyone had to wait more than an hour, regardless of having Marriott elite status.
