We enjoyed the pool and gym , we also ate at the Pub located within the facility . The parking lot was easily accessible and the hotel was within walking distance to the Seaport area, all of which we enjoyed.

The biggest complaint is you have to pay for wi fi in your room

Very satisfied with our stay! Room is clean, staff is very friendly.

We booked a king size bed room and i am a bonvoy gold elite. We got an ‚upgrade‘ to a queen size bed room and only with a different view. So because of the bed i would comsoder that a downgrade. Gym was great but pool area was disgustingly dirty. Hair everywhere and the tiles of the pool have not been cleaned for multiple months - also the flexible joints were moldy and badly executed. That is a health risk.

Good location, parking free Check in check out efficiently

Very ordinary hotel decor. In the month of Christmas you would expect lovely lighting and decoration instead this place was dull and dead as a duck! Pretty average check in staff. They don’t even tell you anything about the hotel when checkin In. No complimentary morning coffee either. They have a Starbucks and want people to buy coffee instead of offering complimentary coffee which is the minimum. Given especially considering their high room charges. Parking was a rip off. 40$ per night which was not advertised when booking the room. Overall a disappointing Westin experience. I’ll not book here again and instead prefer to be in downtown Boston in my upcoming trips.

Hotel was beautiful and the amenities on property were awesome. The Irish pub and restaurant were great

Nice large clean room, nice big tv, nice shower heads and hot water felt great.

Very fast check in and the staff was pleasant and courteous.

Understaffed at the front desk. Waited almost 15 minutes to check in. Staff was friendly.
