Very nice property. Why was the front sliding door usually closed and required to be opened from the inside? Front desk was usually unattended and I had to wait.

Hotel front desk was very friendly and professional. Rooms were nice and updated, but very noisy. You could hear everything front the adjacent rooms and outside. Constantly woken up by music, car horns etc. The restaurant was dreadful, staff was very unprofessional; arguing with each other, drama etc. good was mediocre at best and they were out of a lot of common things. Fights at the super loud rooftop bar where cops were called and people arrested. I probably wouldn’t ever return.

A very unattractive, tiny room. Noisy as well, loud door slamming in the night. Overall noise level was not high but I was able to hear hallway and room next door activity. Obviously very little money spent on sound proofing. This place is not worth the money. Valet was slow to return my car in the morning and the front desk personnel were nothing to brag about. Short, just this side of rude. Luckily, this was a one night stay. I will never stay here again. This was not my first choice but it was the least expensive. That being said, it was still 300.00 for the room and parking. I was there for a total 13 hours.

Friendly, helpful staff. Great location. Rooftop restaurant is awesome.

Very upset with my reservation that was canceled without any notice. I flew into Boston for a game and carefully chose this hotel when planning my trip based on its distance to the TD Garden for the game. I caught an UBER from the airport to the hotel. After waiting in the hotel upon arrival for two hours I was then told by staff that my room was canceled due to over booking at the hotel. I then had to be put on the phone for almost two hours with Expedia to find another hotel that was 25 minutes out of the way. I was very upset, the least they could have down was pay for another UBER or Lyft. Unprofessional if you ask me & greedy to overbook!

Our front desk agent and valet attendants were great! Very helpful and delivered impeccable customer service. 10/10 great experience and welcoming to Boston!

The hotel: was very nice. The restaurant downstairs: was great, for both drinks and dinner. Even though they were understaffed at the time, we stayed at the hotel, yet they still did a wonderful job with the service. Wait times were a bit longer than usual, which was not a problem for us. The room: was clean and very nice; however, you can hear everything, even people talking in the next rooms. When they raised the blinds in the neighboring room, it sounded like it was happening in our room. The area seemed safe and easy to walk to nearby bars/restaurants. The front desk staff was OK. Eloquently helpful but not above and beyond friendly. The rooftop restaurant must be lovely summertime with beautiful views. However, the staff for the restaurant seating upstairs needs an attitude change. He was by all means not friendly, helpful, or welcoming. I don't know; maybe the winter cold was getting to him. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Everything was great except the long wait at departure to retrieve the car from valet.

No Resturant. Desk staff not knowledgeable

I enjoyed the accommodations, the staff and most of all the roof top restaurant. The openable window in our room was the best added surprise for an asthmatic. The location was great with east access to the train and rentable bikes. The view was superb and the food delicious. I couldn’t asked for a better hotel for my 1st but not last visit to Boston!!

Check in was very slow

i loved everything about it except the 50$ valet that’s a bit high and they don’t tell you that street parking on the weekend is an option

Staff was incredibly helpful. There was a mishap with our booking, and the managers went above and beyond to take care of us even though we only stayed for one night. Great location right by transit and tons of things to do all within a mile walk.

From desk was tough , I felt like I was not well come

Very clean. Everything else was either just ok or subpar. Not a bad experience but also not an outstanding one either
