The hotel is under construction first of all.. so all day there are construction workers in the hallways and you can hear the movie! Lovely! Also there is no water in the pool so don't expect the nice pool you see in the pictures. The gym just had a few things in it. Hotel looked rundown and is not up to Pullman standards, I've worked in hotel business. Also hotel is not at all near to the city, or anything in that matter. Found plastic in my sandwich the one time I ate at the hotel. Want my money back for this stay.

Very good. Room was clean. Well appointed. Enjoyed the art in the room.

Immaculate! Staff was pleasant and courteous. Very welcoming and helpful. Awesome hotel! Stay again anytime!

Superior king room was beautiful. Everything in the room seemed to be in great shape, bed was very comfortable, and a/c unit worked perfectly. Some downsides were that the windows don't open, so no fresh air, and the bathroom didn't have a fan to air it out, and I noticed a small amount of mildew beginning to accumulate around the tub, which I would assume is because of the lack of ventilation in the rooms. Also just an FYI you HAVE to have your room key to work the elevator otherwise it won't go, and we're used to hotels having a vending machine, but the only refreshments the hotel has are from the bar where sodas are around $5, so get refreshments before getting there. All in all we had a wonderful stay the staff was pleasant and everything was in great condition.

This is an outdated hotel under construction. There was a hole in the carpet in our hotel room. Stains. The hallways looked as if they hadn't been vacuumed in a week or more. Most disturbingly there was a sign went you left the elevator to go to your room which said " WARNING - THIS AREA CONTAINS CHEMICALS KNOWN BY THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA TO CAUSE CANCER AND BIRTH DEFECTS OR OTHER REPRODUCTIVE HARM." Glad I have no plans of having further children. The view from the room was of the hotel's roof which showed a corroding ventilation system which was actually broken in two and lying that way on the roof. Would never stay there again!

My room is too noisy next to elevator staff knows about that that I don't know that it's gonna be uncomfortable Hotel after I check out they trying to change more I call after I found out from bank account it's been charge then I spoke Name Maja she's very rude and unprofessional and disrespectful I hope this issue it's gonna solve

The hotel is not close to downtown sf so if you're planning on visiting downtown more than 1 day, it's probably best to stay closer because traffic was always bad. Check in was quick and the view around the hotel and lobby was was appealing. Came up to our room and the toilet was dirty. Staff switch rooms for us immediately. Someone was nice enough to come to our room and provide us with new room key. We were pleased at how quickly they worked. Unfortunately the next room's toilet was also dirty. I asked to have it cleaned instead of moving rooms again. They came up immediately and cleaned the toilet. I pointed out where it was dirty and the person who was cleaning said ok. It looked like someone had puked and it ran down the side of the outside of the toilet. After she left, I noticed the long streak was still there. I called the concierge desk again and informed then what happened. They informed me that someone will be up shortly. No one came and after 1 hour, I called again and asked if the toilet can be cleaned while we were out. When we came back to the room late at night, someone had cleaned the restroom but the unfortunate crusty stain remained there. We gave up after that. It wasn't an overall horrible experience but it definitely wasn't pleasant. We probably won't stay here again.

Really enjoyed the hotel. Great service and great facilities as well as being perfectly located.

Familiar with property from the time it was built, I decided to try out the facility since Pullman took over. The policy to have the hidden parking fee is going to keep many rooms unsold but perhaps management wants it that way. I was denied the parking discount for locals, so I guess management doesn't want locals on the property. In the Sofitel days, I used to go there to enjoy the restaurants and bar facilities, it seems Pullman is discouraging non-guests now. Still, real estate is all about location, and that is the strongest point of the property, especially for the executive pilots using the San Carlos airport, almost walking distance away.

Great hotel, very pleasant experience, and they offered complimentary shuttle to the airport.

Really upscale hotel (I'd stayed at the BW Executive suites in RWC for comparison). I would've given this place 4-1/2 stars only because there was some paint peeling in the bathroom (didn't detract from the room), pool ran out of towels and a family had to wait awhile after the request for them. Lastly we rec'd outstanding svc from a sole bartender Friday afternoon who walked over to our chairs in the lobby just inside from the pool and took our orders. The next day I was informed that one had to place orders at the bar. I was visiting my family in RWC and my daughter who lives there wants a STAYCATION at The Pullman!

Good location. Sold out but very quiet. Good restaurant/bar scene. Clean room. Ask for room with lagoon view.

I had difficulty checking in because they didn't have my Orbitz reservation. So after a long day of work I had to stand there for about 15-20 minutes. The hotel staff had to call orbitz. The staff were friendly and gave me a drink ticket for the bar. No problems after that

excellent staff - always willing to help. room was very comfortable. quick room service

Very comfortable hotel and the restaurant was quite good if on the expensive side. Breakfast buffet was a big disappointment; stick to a la carte for that meal. I would not stay here if travelling for pleasure as it's in the middle of a large office park, but it was a good place to get a lot of focused work done.

Hotel was very clean and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Booking this hotel I thought it was closer to the airport than it actually was, but at least it had a free shuttle which was nice! My husband and I stayed the night and arrived late we decided to do order room service since we were so tired! Food was good but outrageously expensive!

hotel staff was very helpful, a very clean hotel, . the only thing is no protection at the pool from the pm wind.

We have stayed at this asofitel/Pullman several times over the years and find it very accommodating. We like the bus to and from SFO and enjoy the small coffee shop.

We were stranded in San Francisco for two nights because our flight was cancelled. The Pullman was a wonderful alternative to the slightly cheaper, but less pleasant alternatives proposed by the airlines' voucher program. We stayed one night at a Holiday Inn and experienced long lines, dated and less than clean room, poor restaurant, noise and a view of hotel machinery. In contrast the Pullman picked us up in a new shuttle, with an extremely friendly driver; upgraded us to a room with. View of the bridge and the water; lovely, clean room; quiet; restaurant was wonderful. All staff were not just competent, but friendly. We had contact with restaurnat hostess, waiter, front desk, doorman and drivers - all were excellent.

Old hotel, area is OK. Staff were really rude. I had to speak with her boss about it. Heating was it working but they fixed it.
