I had difficulty checking in because they didn't have my Orbitz reservation. So after a long day of work I had to stand there for about 15-20 minutes. The hotel staff had to call orbitz. The staff were friendly and gave me a drink ticket for the bar. No problems after that

Very comfortable hotel and the restaurant was quite good if on the expensive side. Breakfast buffet was a big disappointment; stick to a la carte for that meal. I would not stay here if travelling for pleasure as it's in the middle of a large office park, but it was a good place to get a lot of focused work done.

Hotel was very clean and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Booking this hotel I thought it was closer to the airport than it actually was, but at least it had a free shuttle which was nice! My husband and I stayed the night and arrived late we decided to do order room service since we were so tired! Food was good but outrageously expensive!

hotel staff was very helpful, a very clean hotel, . the only thing is no protection at the pool from the pm wind.

We have stayed at this asofitel/Pullman several times over the years and find it very accommodating. We like the bus to and from SFO and enjoy the small coffee shop.

We were stranded in San Francisco for two nights because our flight was cancelled. The Pullman was a wonderful alternative to the slightly cheaper, but less pleasant alternatives proposed by the airlines' voucher program. We stayed one night at a Holiday Inn and experienced long lines, dated and less than clean room, poor restaurant, noise and a view of hotel machinery. In contrast the Pullman picked us up in a new shuttle, with an extremely friendly driver; upgraded us to a room with. View of the bridge and the water; lovely, clean room; quiet; restaurant was wonderful. All staff were not just competent, but friendly. We had contact with restaurnat hostess, waiter, front desk, doorman and drivers - all were excellent.

Old hotel, area is OK. Staff were really rude. I had to speak with her boss about it. Heating was it working but they fixed it.

The hotel was very nice. The staff was really friendly. The bedding was not what were accustomed too. They only had a thick comforter and no sheet or a light blanket in between. It got too hot with just the comforter. We had to turn the a.c. on too cool off. Normally we would just take off the comforter and be good. Other than that, everything else was very good.

This is a very nice hotel, formerly a Sofitel property. As a handicapped traveller, the handicapped room with roll in shower was excellent.The hotel's restaurant was very good also, as was room service. The staff was friendly and helpful.

We were excited to stay here since it looked so nice. We stayed here after traveling for 20 hours from Bali just for one night. The staff was very nice. We were super disappointed with how outdated and nasty the bathroom looked.

Advertises itself as a "Luxury" hotel, but isn't in any way. It is a pretty standard business hotel in the middle of miles of office parks. Lobby is very flashy, but rooms are comparable to a Super 8 motel. Significant distance from anything a non-business traveler would be interested in seeing. Staff vary from indifferent to rude. Parking is not included ($30 per night extra) despite half the surrounding area being parking lots. Food is "so-so" so bring your own or be prepared to go a significant distance for something better. Interior is very dated and worn from what would appear to be years of use.

Room can use a better cleaning - shoe scuff marks everywhere. Bed was too soft and uncomfortable and ac did not keep a consistent temperature.

Too expensive for a Hotel that is not near anything.

This was my first time in San Francisco for a birthday celebration and selected this hotel. Perfect balance of luxury, distance from the airport, great view, and affordability. The breakfast buffet here was AMAZING (definitely a must have during your stay)- beautiful and spacious view of the lagoon while you dine, plenty of fresh and delicious options, and the eggs benedict here is probably the best I have ever had. The lobby is open and inviting and there is a nice bar to grab a drink at open during the evening. Only con was the fact we had to pay for parking each and every night of our stay which was not cheap. Also, our waitresses during breakfast each morning of our stay had apparently charged extra tips to our bill which we did not authorize (For example we gave a $5 tip and they charged us $10). This happened multiple times. We did not come to find out about this fraud until checkout and viewing our detailed billing invoice. Saved us a considerable amount of money by getting those excessive and fake charges removed. My advice would be to carefully review your bill before paying when you check out. Despite this, I overall highly recommend this hotel and would certainly stay again.

I like this hotel and the proximity to San Carlos and the surrounding cities

Great service!!!! Keeping employs like:Lance, Joe, William, we check in on Friday August 19 about 6:30 or 5:30 pm girl name like Hizel I guess her service was just Fenomenal. Sofitel needs employs like them.We were busy doing tours in the city area, we need to coming back.I like when they call madame sounds so nice.
