Beautiful! The lobby and recreational are were fused together. There were nice fire pit areas around the pool. Wonderful beds!

Nice clean hotel. We got a ninth floor room with a view. Pool warm. Drinks from the bar expensive.

The staff was accommodating to some issues we had. Coffee in room was poor as was the coffee shop downstairs, but Starbucks is close. Convenient location and lots of parking.

Was charged an additional $30 to park my car, which wasn't reflected in Orbitz pricing. This is a hotel that is only accessible by car, so the extra charge is akin to charging me for a bed in my room. On-site manager agreed to waive the fee, as I hadn't gotten my client to okay an additional charge beyond what was listed; It wasn't done, I have called the hotel 5 times, still haven't been refunded. I wouldn't stay here again.

BEWARE, they charge $25 per day to park. An inconvenient expense especially since I had no choice but to park there. I would have chosen to stay some place else if I had known about this. The walls are pretty thin too, when the neighbors would go in and out it would scare the crap out of me because it sounded like someone was coming into my room. I could hear them talking, even though they were not talking loudly, and their alarm woke me up very early. Despite this, the bed was quite comfortable and I slept well the 3 nights I was there. It's in a nice area and convenient to many parts of the Bay Area. I probably wouldn't stay again because of the exorbitant parking fee (I've stayed at decent places in the Bay Area that doesn't charge for parking) but if I had a trip where I didn't have to have my own vehicle, I'd consider staying again.

Nice hotel close to the airport. I think it's ridiculous orbitz is requiring that I fill out an entire paragraph of text. I was there on business and it was a little far from my needed location, so just a word to the wise, make sure you're booking close to your venue (someone else booked the trip for me). Other than that, staff was friendly, the bartender had great energy, and the rooms were really nice and clean.

Great hotel- clean and modern but they charge you $25 to park the night which is amazing as it's in a remote business park. I am left with the impression this is just an opportunity to gouge. Shame

I was able to check-in with no problem. The receptionists at the front desk was pleasant. I got an unbelievable price through orbitz for this 4-star hotel. Great view. Hotel was right next to Oracle. Pool was average size but intimate. Will definitely come back again.

My experience with this hotel started with calling for the airport shuttle at the airport. The representative who answered the phone had a very condescending and sarcastic tone to her voice when I called to see when the shuttle would arrive. Check-in was fine. The hotel is kind of similar to a Courtyard Marriott or Hilton Garden Inn as far as status goes. The room was nice and clean except for one lone black hair waiting for me in the middle of the bathroom floor (not from the head ><) There was a Keurig machine and the hugest TV I’ve ever seen. I was disappointed that the pool didn’t have set open/closing times, it was based on the sunset/sunrise. I had been hoping to go swimming after a long flight to reduce swollen legs and feet but it had closed around 8 pm. Most hotel pools are open until 10-11, so I thought that was weird. The next morning I went to the pool and there were no towels. I went to the front desk and asked for a towel and the employee responded “Ma’am, I don’t have towels, that would need to be housekeeping” in a very sarcastic tone, as if I was an idiot for even asking for a towel. Sheesh. I ordered a salad and banana tiramisu from room service. The taste was good but the portions were really skimpy for $34. Barely any cheese on the salad. I’d still probably stay here again but would plan ahead by bringing food or ordering delivery or something. The pool was heated but small. The fitness center had apples and bananas, which was a perfect free breakfast.

The hotel was very beautiful and at a great location. We decided to stay a the Pullman for a short stay, it happened to be a decent drive from downtown SF, with plenty of shop and restaurants less than 10minutes away. It was beautiful o walk to the lobby and have a pleasant view of the waterfront, and take a stroll down the waterfront. However, it was displeasing to have a sink that made rattling noises when using the faucets in the bathroom, and the turning knob to the shower would fall off. Additionally, the shower could not be used exclusively without the water running in the tub, which was quite strange for a hotel. I’m sure it could be a quick fix by the maintenance team. Other than that, the room was great and so was the bed.
