Was at a great price in a central location what more can you ask for

location i liked, the lady tried to steal my deposit and refused togive it to me sighting some paperwork or clerical error on their part. Complete rubbish

Room smelled like smoke even though a Non smoking room. Only one set of towels and they didn’t have any in the office. The price was low but would not stay here again.

Totally horrible experience. Cannot sleep so scary environment, dirty and never seen hotel like that in my life

Considering it was last minute I couldn't believe the low price and thought it would be a dump. I was wrong. Nice part of town and the room was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful when I left my keys in room at 2am. Way better than I had thought it would be!

Free parking and price and location, friendly staff

The worst hotel in SF, parking with homeless working on trash bin and passing possible decease to the elevator door, staff are the most incompetent i ever seen in any hotel asking for cash deposit and copy of CC vs running hold through terminal like any other hotel, the worst is the location which is on the highway 101 (Van Ness) sucking air pollution and noise directly into your room (window are single panel with thin walls and doors). Pay more and get a better hotel!

SHABBY bedding, interior is outdated, the elevator was non- operable, front - desk staff was NOT friendly AT all. It was a NO- brainer to book through ORBITZ app. To avoid " haggling" over price with the front desk Man who never showed a friendly side!

I initially booked a stay through the Orbitz app.and was excited to stay in San Francisco. The check in was terrible .The front desk reception was "Siberian Weather COLD!" The Man made no acknowledgement of my coming in, was bluntly rude when I would ask him any kind of question of what is the best rate / besides what was offered. I initially couldn't get a GREAT rate so I booked directly through ORBITZ. The check- in Man- didn't have a NAME TAG to address him/ never had him introduce himself. I had a migraine headache- and had to PAUSE because of the nausea I was feeling at the time..I came back to book- ONLY because ORBITZ offered me the great service to book with my tax return card ONLINE .I didn't have to haggle with the Man with no name/ customer service courtesy!

Great location so you could visit everything in San Francisco. The guaranteed parking is SUPER and saves you a lot of money in the long run. They just need some new remodeling and better keyed entry. Cards didn’t work well and you’d have to swipe multiple times.

Bath room did not work and the room smelled a little bit. But the staffs were really friendly.
