Property was run down and in need of maintenance and cleaning. Ice machines were out of order. Checked in late due to late flight and staff could have cared less whether I had concerns or not.

I liked the amenities ( TV, WiFi, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, etc) in the room. I also enjoyed the restaurant and the business center room I was disappointed that housekeeping did not clean my room two days in a row, despite the fact that I put in requests at the front desk. The managers on duty ( Luis, Jessica) were apologetic.

Coffee was very bad. Fitness center very minimal. Room clean and spacious

Very clean and nice clerlks everything was a great experience i will return

We had the most pleasant hostess check us in. Her name is Key. She was very helpful, hospitable and a joy to meet. She made our stay exceptional with her hospitality. Thank you Key!

Elevator was broken for 3 days . No fruit in lobby just coffee and water.

Arrived at airport, called property to inquire about shuttle. Tried several times, no one ever answered the phone. I called Holyday Inn main customer service number twice. First person I talked to gave me straigh up false information, waited for the shuttle, never appeared. Called again, second peruwas useless. After two hours, I called Uber. Got to the hotel, the shuttle was beautifully park at the main door. When I checked in and told the front desk person about the ordeal, she was aware of the fact that no one was answering the phones, and that the shuttle wasn’t running. I was tired and didn’t feel like complaint, so I just went to my room which turn out to be a run down place, with worn out furniture and poor cleanliness. Traveler beware. Rating on Orbitz doesn’t correspond with the reality of this place. Never again.

no HD on any tv its not the 80's. food not worth the price

My room was in the "other building" which is around back and not attached to the main building. The front desk staff was polite but was unwilling or unable to help beyond a polite apology. My room door would not lock, the dead bolt would not close due to the metal plate on the door frame being out of alignment. It was 11pm when the front desk called maintenance to look at it. He was unable to fix it, so rather than putting it back together he left the plate off the door frame, so there was nothing to hold the door closed, only the "emergency" latch that allows the door to open a couple of inches was holding the door closed. The hotel was full and they did not have another room to move me to. I was exhausted, so I decided to stay. I was extremely nervous about the door not closing at all and did not get any sleep, I could hear everything in the hall way, and every time someone walked past my door it would bang on the emergency latch. The staff moved me to a different room for the 2nd night (I only stayed 2 nights) and the new room was great, with no issues. The front staff was nice and apologetic about it, but I could not understand why maintenance would not at least put the plate back on so the door would stay closed, and they were unable to explain that to me. I was not offered a refund for the room, I was given a free meal at the restaurant on site, I will not return to this hotel.

I found the staff difficulty and surly. There was no room to store luggage and we were right near the airport. They should plan that many need to store bags. They were curt and not very interested in being helpful. The hotel is conveniently located and all the facilities are solid.

Very weak wifi, noisy room, $17 charge for parking in an unsecured lot. Staff told me not to leave bag in car.

The room was great, big and comfortable. I hate high prices such as yours when the services are reduced. When charging over $200 per night, don’t charge $17 for parking.

We stayed in room 1230. It was larger than expected which was great since we had our toddler with us so it gave him plenty of room to play. This was perfectly located for us as we have family through out the Bay Area. The beds were average but no complaints. The microwave and fridge both worked great for our needs. We ate breakfast at the restaurant located in the hotel. It was descent and priced right. Overall we really had no complaints and think we will continue to book here when visiting the bay.

facilities and cleanliness exceeded expectations great place to stay if you have a car and don't mind the distance to attractions

I stayed for the weekend. It was a good value. Nice to have restaurant nearby.

Hotel's entrance was under construction but apart from that everything was great. We checked in really late but staff accomodated us with a smiling face. Room was very spacious and very comfortable.
