I stayed for the weekend. It was a good value. Nice to have restaurant nearby.

Hotel's entrance was under construction but apart from that everything was great. We checked in really late but staff accomodated us with a smiling face. Room was very spacious and very comfortable.

The room was spacious, clean and very nice....It was very disappointing that the bed was very uncomfortable. Other then that is was good.

it was not pleasent at all. i felt hotel and orbitz misleading and abuse of me with the hotel price....no amenities...bad location...bad food...not to safe area

Close to airport and many restarants within a few minures drive. A little pricy for Holiday Inn but overall a great stay

The hotel was reasonably priced, the staff was friendly, my check-in/check-out experiences were pleasant and my stay was completely uneventful, which is how I prefer it. The restaurant/bar looked good but I did not have a chance to try either of them, so I cannot definitively say how the food and service was. The only downside, and this point will be moot in the future, is there was some updating of the hotel going on, which resulted in some areas of the hotel being 'under construction' although it looks to be about 90% done at this point. Nothing wrong with choosing this hotel for a stay.

I booked a two-double bed room and showed the printed reservation papers to the front desk clerk. However, I was told that the hotel only received a room reservation, not a two bed room. Plus, outside of the room, there are a vendor machine and an ice machine. Both of them made a lot of noise.

I had good experience staying at this hotel, breakfast was good, close to airport, kids liked it, nice size bedroom, not too far from downtown San Francisco. i would recommend this to anyone for work or with family, good luck.

Very enjoyable stay. Will recommend! Close to shopping and dining. Easy freeway access. Clean room, hospitable staff. Plenty of parking.

I was a little far from the city but was very close to the Hwy. so was not to but. Was very close to the Airport. We really enjoy this place. The food was good.

Good: * Hotel looked fairly new; room interior & the bathroom looked clean and free of scratch marks/mildew/rust. * Rooms are nonsmoking so no strange smells. * Free parking (a lot of SF hotels charge for parking). * Decent number of TV channels. * Located next to a N101 freeway exit (Dore). Bad: * There is no southbound freeway exit near the hotel. * Located next to a residential neighborhood and there's nothing nearby. Restaurants, supermarkets, and gas stations are on the other side of 101 Fwy and many blocks away. * No refrigerator or microwave in the room. Ugly: The walls/ceiling are paper thin. I could hear the rustling of clothing when others walk past my room, a kid playing guitar three doors down, my neighbor's conversations, and the guy walking around in the room directly above mine. If you're a light sleeper, go somewhere else.

We just needed a place to stay before an early morning flight out. This hotel fits that bill perfectly. The staff was efficient and pleasant, which we appreciated after a full day of sightseeing in Monterey. We were tired and wanted to sleep, and had no problem doing so. It's right near the entrance to the freeway, and the drive to the airport was quick and easy. Highly recommend if all you need is a comfortable hotel in which to camp out before some other activity.

We stayed at this hotel for our 1 year anniversary trip because it appeared to be a great value. We stayed for over a week and admit that the cleanliness and most of the staff were very considerate and friendly. However, while we were there we had two instances where the free shuttle took over an hour to pick us up from the BART Millbrae station. One instance was over 1 hour and 45 minutes and we had to end up taking a taxi. The hotel did compensate us for the taxi fare, but it obviously rubbed us the wrong way. Other than the shuttle, the room, the amenities and the price were all great.

Pros: Location. Close to the airport. Free shuttle to the airport OR, more importantly, the Milbrea BART station, which is half the price of the SFO BART stop. Cons: Expensive house restaurant, hot tub out of order, no restaurants or convenience stores within walking distance (due to freeway location). No free coffee for guests - only for airline crew. Had water leaking from the room above into our bathroom through a light fixture!?!?! Fortunately, the staff relocated us into another room, despite a "No Vacancy" sign on the front door. Other than that, it was a very average, but clean and enjoyable place.

The hotel room was very spacious and clean. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The hotel staff was very helpful and welcoming. I would definitely stay there again in the future.

This is a very good location if you stay close to the airport. Nearby San Mateo downtown provides good opportunities for a nice dinner.

Probably the nicest Holiday Inn I've ever seen. New or recently renovated. Very spacious room. Nice and professional staff. And last but least, very quiet.

Hotel was recently updated, great front desk service, friendly staff all around. Quiet location, free parking, free wifi. Big comfy beds, clean, safe location. All around great hotel, great value!

We were simply stopping over for a night's rest after flying in from Singapore on the way home to Orlando. The room, bed, service - everything - was all we could ask. We had a great night's rest and were politely aided on our way (with a late departure) the next. I am sure it added to the pleasantness of our arrival home after another 5 hour flight. Thank you.

Good location along Rt 101 for a short business trip if your meetings taking you up and down, east and west of bay area, especially you have late arrival and early departure from and to SFO. Friendly staff, relatively new and clean, functional environment but nothing to look at in a rundown very industrial area east side of Rt 101, not a romantic get away or with family. Just a room to stay. Bed is firm And comfortable, The room is surprisingly almost too large and empty but internal funtional Arrangement is odd, has this strange industrial detergent smell as if they just fumigated the place
