Great gym great room great service 5 stars for us! Love the directv it's more like being a home and less like a hotel

A good option for the business traveler with comfortable lounge area for informal meetings.

l.booked a room here to surprise my husband for his birthday. We live about 2 hours away but l wanted to take him to one of my favorite restaurants near there...it ws very comfortable, conveniently located and clean...the only con was the hot tub was lukewarm.

Had a great experience at the Hilton Garden Inn. Close to the San Mateo fairgrounds. Only 15 minutes from the airport. Fantastic breakfast and great staff. Highly recommend the hot wings at the bar.

Good staff, convenient location. very good. room is clean and quite. staff is friendly.

Valentine getaway weekend. Budget friendly yet you get more for what you pay. Clean and comfortable rooms and walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Close proximity to weekend activities: half moon bay, the fish market and golden gate park. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location. Nice restaurant. Needs better towels.

The lobby area was going "major" construction work but I wasn't informed about it when I booked and was charged full price for it. The room was booked under a different person's name when I reached there. They did honor the reservation saying it was a mistake, but .... One night, I called to report that that the internet wasn't working in my room and the front desk said that I had already checked out that morning and that the room I was staying in was booked under a different person now (some chinese name I'd never heard of). Hello? I did complain but never got an apology.

When I walked into the hotel, I was upset that a lot of the lobby area was under construction. I did not know that. They still charged a lot. Some days the rate was more than 300 dollars.

Overall it is a good hotel in a convenient location and quite area for business trip. It is not far away from highway and close to shipping center, but you do not feel the noise from those. I would choose this hetol again on my next business trip to this area though its price is a little high comparing to what it offers.

The rooms were connected as booked, ready for us and very clean. Everything seemed to be recently upgraded including microwave, coffee maker and fridge. The room was quiet and the beds comfortable. The breakfast offered is so above what is usually offered with plenty of table room to enjoy a meal. The staff was cooperative and available and it is five minutes fro SFO and has a free shuttle to the airport. We were their to see family and go to a memorial service. Knowing this the staff guaranteed our connected rooms and made everything easy at a difficult time. Thei hotel is in a large and accessible shopping and restaurant area with everything you need in a convenient whaling distance. We will definitely re-book next time we are in the area

I was in and out on time... it was great. No complaints

Clean, nice, friendly people, I have nothing to critique.

The hotel room was quiet and the bed was super comfy, making for a good night's sleep. The location is surprisingly quiet, very near the water, and yet a 15 minute drive from the airport. There's several restaurants and shopping within walking distance, but they are pretty much all chain places.

Great value for the location its at and friendly staff.

Watched fantastic fireworks and enjoyed our accessible room, while keeping cool for our little ones.

This is my first time staying at this location. We found our room large and comfortable. Amenities stated with the room were all functioning and in good condition. Room service was great and very timely (15-20 minutes) and cooked food was still very warm following our dinner meal order. We experienced a toilet plumbing issue that was resolved within 5 minutes following our call to the front desk/housekeeping. I was very impressed with the extremely fast response in comparison with other hotels I have stayed in many years of the past. Room service tray pick-up could use more improved timing to clear the halls of dishes.

Just stayed in the room & watched movies. The pool was very small & jacuzzi wasn't working. The room was very nice but pool was small & jacuzzi was not working.

I was visiting my daughter who lives in San Mateo. The hotel was very clean throughout. Did not incur any problems.

Very convenient to all Bay Area airports. Friendly staff and meticulous houskeeping team! Amenities are great for business travel and location to 92/101 freeways is key feature. On site restaurant (also walking distance to several other restaurants), meeting rooms, comfortable lobby area are all benefits.
