Very nice and great service. The place was super clean

Room was dirty and aging. Fruit Flies in the room. Air vents had mold and lots of dust on them.

This hotel was extremely expensive. We were most disappointed with the breakfast. They ran out of food! And utensils! We were paying $300/night with taxes and parking and they couldn’t even supply people for breakfast.

They charged me a $30 parking fee, and I did not park on hotel property because all the parking spaces where full and some cars were double park. The hotel stunk. The smell was horrible. It smelled and look like a very old building and smelled like cigarettes. It smelled dirty. I let the front desk about the parking space and they did not care and still charged me for parking space.

I love the spacious room We were 5 people as a family staying at an upgrade room on 9th floor with 2 queen beds and a sleeper sofa I just wish the Starbucks opened abit later :)

The lobby and pool area is beautiful and updated. The room, however, was gross. There was hair in the bathtub, the floors looked like they hadn’t been vaccines in a long time. The sofa bed was broken and the head of it hung down lower than the feet when folded out. Not to mention the mattress that had broken springs that stayed stuck up when you try to lay on it. I was very glad we only had to stay 1 night. I wish they would have spent some of their renovation budget inside the rooms instead of ALL downstairs.

I have stayed regularly at this hotel and it's the third time in a row that my room had problems. First, the TV remote didn't work. Second time, the sink was clogged. Third time (this week) the sink and the shower drains were clogged. I'm changing hotels.

I don’t like anything staff bad service rooms are dirty

Like room layout, breakfast setup.staff were great. Phone in bedroom out of commission, sink (bar) cold water didn’t work

Surrounding vicinities was good. Parking was NOT that great as it is mostly compact and having a suv or van and even a car it was a tight squeeze.

I like the the delicious end compete breakfast you offer to your guests

I didn’t like the property was old and outdated. The vending machines were hard to find and didn’t work properly. The room smelled old and the TVs were old and the bed was uncomfortable
