This property is under a full lobby reconstruction. Jack hammering, sawing, pounding all day. The inner atrium that all rooms connect with is an echo chamber. I was unable to rest in the afternoon with all the noise. The front desk staff are awesome. The woman that checked me in provided excellent customer service.

Hotel was way older than it looks in the photos. My room smelled like straight up cigs. It was freezing in my room and you can’t change the temperature. I asked for a heater and they didn’t bring me one or forgot that night so I slept through the cold. It’s under major construction which I wish that was noted or emailed to me upon booking.

They were doing construction while we were there and has to mock up a front desk. Parking was always an issue. Room was dirty when we checked in. There was half used and condiments in the room when we arrived. Jelly, butter and moldy cream cheese in mini fridge. Very thin walls and inconsiderate guests. There were noticeably drunk people and saw broken glass in parking lot which leads me to believe a car was broken into.

The whole Hotel is under major construction! Terrible experience!!! Shut the place down and do the work and then reopen it!!! They couldn't be more greedy by operating this place while under the type of construction they are doing there!!! It was even worse that this was not even disclosed to their guests!!! Never again!!!

Major construction going on. Jackhammers and machinery operating between 8:30 to 5:30. I have never complained before. The noise was deafening. The pictures showed all the beautiful foliage and the beautiful environment. It was disgusting. We should have been alerted. I asked for a hotel change. I was informed that this was a third party booking. There was nothing they could do. We were looking forward to a relaxing morning before going back to the airport. The noise started at 8:30. We couldn't wait to leave and go to the airport. THIS WAS THE WORST HOTEL WE HAVE EVER STAYED IN. WE WILL NOT BE STAYING AT ANY HILTON PROPERTIES.

Don't book until you check if property is finished major overall. thank goodness we did not have a car parking was $27.00. pulled up to property and noticed temporary entrance. just got worse from there. Room was spacious, but you could not adjust room temperature. This is SF and it is cold! so they gave us a space heater. All of the lobby area was shut down and covered under construction. The hotel lobby opens to all inside rooms. so when the jack hammer started at 10:00AM Saturday morning, it echoed thought the whole area. Breakfast set up in ballroom area with out enough seating. Property should be closed until remodel done. Front desk staff highly stressed as folks checked in.

The better half and I stayed in the executive suite which boasted a huge 500+ square foot room which sounded amazing for the price. Unfortunately we were surprised how old the rooms looked once we got there. Besides that the staff was very friendly and the room included free breakfast which was a lot better than I was expecting. Also if you arrive late (like we did) and don't mind saving yourself 30-50 dollars from having to rent a vehicle for that day you should take advantage of the free shuttle. Don't forget you'll be saving yourself a parking fee at the hotel as well so tip your shuttle driver!

Breakfast is a bit of a circus. At times not enough help to keep tables cleared off. Staff was working very hard.

It was very enjoyable. The staff was wonderful, room was clean.. only probably was the gift shop, she seems to come as she wants, not according to posted hours.

The hotel is overall good, however, the service is terrible. On the day of checking out we fogot a bag in the hall. My wife called front desk that afternoon and was told bag was found and would be shipped to us( in Los angeles). Now receives in 4 week till now, called them more than 10 times and left message. NO body call back and no answer. Bad experience ever.

Got a "preferred" suite on the 10th floor. Was adequately appointed and majority of the staff were friendly. Nice to get complementary breakfast too.

Everyone at this hotel was wonderful! They greeted us like old friends and were so willing to help in any way. We were only there for one night, but got to enjoy a free cocktail in the evening. We had a light dinner in the restaurant, where Linda, our server, treated us like family. We had to leave early, so we unfortunately had to miss the lovely complimentary breakfast buffet. It looked so much better than other places' breakfast selections. The young woman who made our coffee drinks in the morning was so sweet, and made a mean latte! We took advantage of the airport shuttle, which got us to the airport stress free and on time. We'll be back!

The omelette cook could use some intermediate people skills although he recognized u he always questioned if he would cook for u

The room was 318. It was an ADA accessible room. It was non-smoking, but had the stench of recent smoke. We had to wash all clothing and luggage to get rid of the smell of stale smoke. The socket for the TV was shorting to something, DO NOT TOUCH. The shower faucet would slowly turn to scalding hot, had to keep forcing it back to normal temperatures. When we asked for a room change, we were told we had booked too late to get a new room. The breakfast was magnificent. The pool was crowded with youth, but decent. We traveled with children and felt at ease due to the number of other families with children present. The staff were professional at all times.

(+) Great complimentary breakfast buffet ! (+) Comfortable & spacious suites. (-) Parking a bit overpriced (and not included in room rate !)

Great staff - everyone we encountered asked if we needed anything, how they could help. Very attentive staff.

The sofa and chair in the room were unbelievably dirty! Couldn't believe the hotel run by Hilton

Bright, airy, inviting...the service across the board was cheerful and efficient, with just a touch of humor. The atrium center was a delightful contrast to the private grace of the suit. Already considering a return visit.

Reception staff not visitor friendly/welcoming. They all look preoccupied in the front desk and do not even let us know that they will be with us, just ignoring us.
