Bed had big sag in center. Very uncomfortable. Roach on wall and one in shower. Told receptionist. She didn't seem concerned. Breakfast awful. Toast and 2 cereals. Apples and banana. No bagels or muffin even.

I have not been this disappointed in a hotel in years. Over a stay of 5 nights, twice my room coffee supply was not refreshed (though the beds had been made). More disappointing than that was my interaction with the staff surrounding the poor quality of the wireless network. From the very beginning of my stay, the wireless was essentially unusable. It would connect for a few seconds, but would then kick me off for a few seconds. Even checking email was nearly impossible as it would take minutes to load even a simple web page. I asked about the wireless and was told "It's always like that". Not satisfied but convinced there was nothing I could do, I went away. On the last night the wireless went down completely. After "working on it" all night, the wireless was still down in the morning. When I asked what the manager could do for me, she said flatly "Nothing. Good day." She also claimed the wireless should have been fine and asked if "I had called them from the front office." I still have no idea who "them" is. I work in a field that requires that I have good internet connectivity. Usually internet connectivity in hotels is reasonably good, since it's a fairly easy thing to provide. In my past experiences, hotels have been very responsive if I have a complaint about the internet connectivity. The refusal to even hear my complaint was very disappointing.

The carpet was filthy, the bathroom was dirty, there were roaches in the bathroom, the toilet seat was broken, the room was very noisy. All in all, I wouldn't recommend this hotel to a discerning person.

Had to book this hotel as there was a large convention in San Fransisco and very few rooms available and those that were were pricey. A shame that the entire city lodging can increase their fews to exploit the situation.

Room was clean and comfortable. Several eateries nearby. First room I was given was on the ground floor but it smelt terrible. Like a smoking room even though it was labeled as non smoking. I complained and was promptly given another room which was clean. Breakfast was useless. Not even eggs, scrambled or otherwise. Wi-Fi was connecting but there was no internet, companies and the response was useless. If just a bed to sleep and a room to stay overnight are your goals, this place is fine. Just keep your expectations modest.

The room given me was awful. I complained and was moved to a better room, nice, but shouldn't have been in that room - dirty, unfinished, TV didn't work, hair in sink, AC impossible to use

it wasn't bad but here an example breakfast included toast ! not much of anty thing else and what was there was not in numbers !

You get what you paid for. Ok motel in an expensive area. Internet not good at all.

This was found to be close to Stanford Medical Center where we had appointments, so not a long trip for the visits. Also liked being able to find shopping and dining venues in abundance.

I had an appt at Stanford spine clinic. The overall was ok but we could only get one channel on the tv which was a bit annoying but we did not contact the front desk to help us we just went to bed.

Each day when I returned to the motel, the key did not work and had to be reactivated by the front desk. This is annoying. Also, to get the TV remote to work well i had to be instructed by another visit to the front desk on where to point the remote (a place on the wall other than the TV itself). This is another unnecessary bother.

the rate is what you get but, a touch more than expected. Daily room service except they overlooked one day (no big deal). Could hear the guests upstairs whenever they walked around - thought maybe they were on sentry. The refrigerator is great, the coffee is good, the shower worked great (be careful with hot water), has a pool and plentiful parking. My room key repeatedly needed to be reenabled. But, otherwise for that neighborhood I will live with it.

Hotel was fine for business travel. Only reasonably priced hotel in area. Would not take family.

Nice staff, parking, quiet, great value & last minute

the price is low, the location is a little remoted, but never mind if you drive a car. I stayed there comfortably.

Room was fine and ready early upon my arrival. Staff was friendly. I generally get in late and leave early, so do not get to sample the Hotel "amenities". Rooms are pretty spartan but clean and comfortable.

Good location, cheapest price and did the job for our need.

The hot tub was broken, the pool was not heated. You had to run around to get wet in the shower.....other than that it was workable

I stay at this prpoerty on a regular basis and always find consistent accommodations and service. Request and receive same room/location. Very convnient location for working at nearby construction management assignments.
