Hhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhotel Comfort Inn San Francisco

This hotel showed up in my search for hotels with airport shuttles, so I booked it. Beware it does not have an airport shuttle. They did however waive the parking fee due to that misinformation. They also did not have a hot breakfast as advertised.

Friendly staff but did not meet my expectations in terms of housekeeping and they do not offer breakfast as stated.

Be careful of the room they give you. Train will keep you awake. Also, parking is extra which was not known..6.78 per night. Coffee ran out at breakfast and staff seemed not to care about service. Breakfast was fine for being included

Close proximity to SFO and numerous shuttle service. Excellent breakfast.

Seemed like a long time waiting for the airport shuttle. Many other places had multiple shuttles.

Room was very clean and recently updated. Breakfast was the basic, not bad. Staff could have been friendlier and more accommodating but overall what you'd expect from a budget type hotel. I think because it's such an expensive location you expect a bit more for your money.

Room was comfortable but area was more of a business area even has a freeway feet from building.

The spa was a joke. And the rooms were terrible quality, we could hear everything happening outside and in the room above us. This was just a motel 6 with a nice bed.

Good. Value. Room clean. Good service. Inclusion of breakfast a good plus.
