Nuestra llegada fue a las 20 horas, con una habitación sucia, llena de cabellos, sábanas sucias y húmedas, fue el personal de recepción y corroboró la condiciones, nos ofrecen otra habitación y nos llevan, en esta ni siquiera estaba en servicio, sin ropa y todo mal, nos vuelven a cambiar de habitación. En el restaurante pedí una pechuga asada y venía congelada y cruda. Nos ofrecen podtre por el mal momento

El hotel es nuevo, faltaba personal El desayuno muy bien. Toallas nuevas Todo súper limpio. A las 5:00 no estaban los cuartos listos para el check in Tardamos una hora para que nos pudiéramos registrar. Había fila como de 15 personas todos molestos Asignaban el mismo cuarto a diferentes personas Asignaron cuartos si estar limpios La gente estaba molesta y reclamando en recepción. Sonó la alarma de incendio en la parte del lobby pero no en el resto del edificio. Algo se quemó en la cocina Y nadie nos explicó nada.
