The food was delicious! The entertainment was nightly and engaging! The staff was very friendly. Overall this place was very nice and had shops within walking distance. The only reason I’m not giving this a 5 star rating is because there isn’t a full beach access that you can lay out on daily. The property is on a waterfront, but there isn’t a beach, lots of fishing boats tho. Another thing is there aren’t any drawers/ storage is the bedrooms.

The room was nice, the staff were friendly, the coffee shop was good. Those are about the only things good with this place, besides the location right in the hustle and bustle of Playa Del Carmen. There is NO beach, the pool area is small and cramped. There are too many cabanas near the pool that are 90 dollars a day to rent. They have another pool on the roof near the sushi restaurant (need a map to get there) but it’s about the size of an In ground back yard pool. You can’t get a drink until 11am and they stop serving them at 11pm. The food was mediocre at best, rubbery chicken, over cooked pasta, lack of selection even at the buffet and if you have meat you need a chainsaw to cut through it! We ended up eating at the local places in Playa. Extra money not intending to spend but it was worth it because the local food was excellent. Entertainment was sub par as well, lacked a lot and there really is no dedicated space other than the lobby bar area which for a place of its size you would think would be much bigger. Overall in my opinion If you are looking at this hotel, save your money and look elsewhere. I wouldn’t recommend this to folks looking for that all inclusive vacation to Mexico and we will not be going back.

Huge shout-out to Gabriel and Franco in the lobby for always welcoming us with a smile and making everything smooth and effortless from the moment we arrived. At the pool bar, Pablo and Fernando were outstanding — friendly, attentive, and always making the best drinks with great energy that kept the vibe fun and relaxing. At the main salon restaurant, Andrea, Consuelo, Elton, and Jose Luis delivered top-tier service every time. Their attention to detail, warmth, and professionalism made every meal feel special. The food was delicious, the drinks were excellent, and the overall service was truly 5-star. You can feel that the staff genuinely care about the guests and take pride in what they do. the property was beautiful, check in was a mess but not Orbitz fault...the first part of trip was through another travel agent. The second part of trip was through Orbitz, the hotel did not receive payment for the first three days, and did not combine the reservations so we could stay in same beach front walk out room which was available the first three days, and they moved us to a master suite looking over the pools and ocean. The hotel did not have hot water for three days of our stay. But we were not the only travelers that this happened to, many were told their stay was not paid?? it was a mess The staff was amazing, staying calm through this, I have no desire to go back to Playa del Carmen

Location great to walk to 5th Ave. DAVID the daily events guy is amazing. Food was great at all restaurants. Everyone was nice and helpful.

The hotel was in a great location; very close to the main area for shopping and restaurants. The food was very good with lots of options and the staff was very good. The room was spacious, but the bedding was low quality. The pillows were lumpy, and the bed covering was very heavy. The lowest you could set the AC was 23. There is a small bar & lounge, but it is not set up well for any social interaction. The pool is not heated and it was so cold, that most days, there were very few people in it. (We were there just after Christmas). The worst part about the pool is that there is a horrible sewage smell that is overwhelming.

Room smelled a little musty, we were on 5th floor facing street it was loud and hard to sleep. Staff was great, nice pool area and coffee shop.
