The breakfast was horrible, frozen foods that were still frozen, not enough parking that you paid 20.00 a day for, had to get new room card 4 times, no working phone to call the front desk, needs updated and the property should be more upfront about the lack of the proper parking and the tastless breakfast, and there were fruit flies at the breakfast....will not be going back
The staff in the lobby was clean. The room could’ve been a little cleaner, including the bathroom, the room had. Hey microwave, good size refrigerator, and a coffee maker that was good. In the ad for the hotel, it says breakfast included but they do not say it’s a continental breakfast during the week and only a hot breakfast served only on weekends. and we were charged for parking on the property even though it said that there was a limited parking for guests. They never said that there was an extra charge for parking until you get to the lobby.
The location of the hotel was good but the hotel ist self is run down. Breakfast was worse than in a prison. Eating with paper plates and plastic knifes. The staff sat in the corner, ate there standing and playing on their phones while the tables were dirty and sticky so was the counter tops. Just nasty! The rooms stunk and bathroom were dirty, ventilation had dusty flakes hanigung of the ceiling. The bed had stain in the sheets. The cleaning staff were over worked and couldn’t catch up their workload! Receptionist were unfriendly.
The hotel room we had looked like they just barely got enough of the room done adter a remodel. The bathroom door was missing trim, the front door wouldnt shut all the way. We had to pay a fee for parking but couldnt even park in our hotel parking lot. Had to go around the block to some sketchy super worn down parking garage and walk back with all of our stuff. Super inconvenient. The breakfast was also not to par. You had the choice of a waffle, tiny bowl of cereal and or an apple. Quality inn was more like unquality inn
Very close to the shoppings and most importantly the water falls park
I stayed 3 nights there. The price i paid for the stay was not at all worth of staying and definitely, i am not going to recommend to any of my friends for this property. Here is the feedback. 1. Bathroom door was getting closed/locked. 2. Main door was not getting locked from inside, the nob was not working. 3. Safety latch was broken. 4. Room and Hotel was not clean at all. The cleaning trolley was on the floor in front of my room for all 3 days. 5. Bath towels were almost gone, no fur was left 6. A different kind of smell was there in the room, not refreshing.. 7. B'fast was very very basic and very messy. No one was paying attention to refill the stations. 8. Bed was not good at all and it was moving from all the sides, i feel it was broken. Some of the springs were coming out from the mattress, not safe at all.. 9. I feel overall hotel needs a renovation since people are paying so much money so they should get it back as well... 10. I have seen some of the motels are better than this hotel. 11. OVERALL EXPERIENCE was very BASIC and not worth of the money i spent. 12. Not recommended for this money.. Only one positive thing of this hotel is, it was very convenient to see Niagara falls...
The location was excellent, The Hotel is dated and could be a little cleaner inside , The breakfast was not the greatest ,but for the money it was just fine. I would stay there again.
Receptionists are not nice. Smelly lobby. Room and bathroom are not that clean. Free breakfast is very limited and dinning area is very dirty. It is just close to the area we wanted to be.
Close to the falls
Room was clean. Walking distance from the falls. Breakfast experience was not good. the floors in the breakfast area were dirty. the staff focused on having food ready but not on the cleanliness of the area while we were eating.
Room was dirty. I had no phone in my room. I notifies the front desk twice that my tv wasn’t working, someone came to fix it & couldn’t. So I was told he would check with his boss about what to do & get back to me & that was the last I heard. My bathroom ceiling was also leaking. Maintenance came & looked at it, said it was fixed & it happened again the next day. No one ever offered me any other solutions…no offer to change rooms, no apology…disappointed that no one seemed to care.
Not a great hotel, staff was rude.
Very convenient location with friendly staff.
close to Niagara falls park
The property is very well kept up.The people at the front desk are very professional. The propery is also lin a great location.
