Dead bugs in elevator light sconces. Guest laundry room dirty and messy.

Expensive, had to ask for towels/bath mats, the breakfast buffet was mediocre, tiny bottles of water were crazy expensive ($3). Location was great.

it's a wonderful place to stay! Maid of mist is just 5 mins walk from the hotel.

This was our first time visiting Niagara Falls. I was hesitant on a few different hotels because of all the negative reviews. We are used to staying at Marriott properties (AC, St. Regis, ect) so we decided on this one. The property is newer which is nice. The breakfast buffet was good for what it’s worth. There isn’t on site parking except for across the street, which wasn’t bad. A lot of reviews claims it’s dirty and gross. It’s a parking garage. We live in NYC and definitely have seen worst. All the restaurants in the area close at 8:00pm so prepare to eat early. Walls did seem to be a little thin but nothing to keep us up all night. Overall it was a good experience.

Great location. Easy to walk to state park. Food options nearby. Breakfast was good.

Great location but parking was across the street. Paid extra to be on a higher floor only to be facing the parking garage! Very disappointing. None of the staff wore masks but they were very courteous.

Looking forward to staying here again. Hotel was clean, staff very friendly, hotel is right in the center of everything. Walking distance to all attractions and restaurants!!

Easy access and within walking distance to the state park

Enjoyed my stay

Very poor breakfast. Most items gone by 9. One morning only apples for fruit. Rooms are not cleaned. Had to ask fir clean towels several times COVID is a standard excuses for hotels economizing

This hotel is all about the perfect location right by the Niagara. The staff were courteous and extremely helpful. The only negative I would like to point out were the sheets. There were strands of hair and dirt spots on the bedding, that was a real turn off. Hope they give it more attention in the future.

At this time there is very little open in Niagara Falls. The menu at the hotel was very limited and most restaurants in the area are closed. The few restaurants that were opened were takeout only. On the plus side the hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Staff was very accomodating and friendly. Great location, walking distance to everything. The room couldve had a deeper clean.

Now place, clean and only 5 min walk to the falls, which that pm staff be a bit nicer, other than that place is great!
