Clean and new and a nice layout for the rooms. Perfect location

The reservation I booked ( a family room for 6) wasn’t available. I was given two king rooms.. good rite ? Not! The AC in one of those rooms didn’t work and we didn’t find this until 2:00 am. ps:The manager did offer to put us in a different room on a different floor. With kids sleeping already we didn’t have the motivation to pack our things and switch rooms this early in the morning! :( ).

Location was ideal to the falls. New hotel. Able to walk to most attractions

They have a desk that will provide you for whatever you forgot to bring but no available iPhone charger. Also, there were 5 of us in a party so for breakfast we can’t fit in their 4 seaters table. We’re told to move, most of the table seats only 4.

The service staff at the kitchen who was preparing the breakfast was rude. We were told at the time checking in that the breakfast starts from 6:30 and accordingly we went for breakfast at about 6:50. But, the lady who was preparing the breakfast yelled and asked us “Didn’t they told you the breakfast on Sundays and holidays starts at 7:00 ?” We were never about it at checking and felt very insulted.

Orbitz said 24 hour room service that was a lie. There wasn’t ANY room service at all. Room view was facing a parking garage. Hot water was off for 2 days etc... Never will go to that Hyatt again Probably stop using orbitz also

Staff was friendly, place was really clean. Very helpful and attentive to pur needs

Everting was awesome, room was cleaned , excellent costumer services .

Breakfast was quite good. Niagara Falls is 10% beautiful and 90% sketchy. This hotel is within the beautiful part.

The hotel is a few minute walk to Niagara Falls, ...managers Myra(?) and Rachel were super helpful and awesome!

Positives: A nice, modern hotel. Very clean and new. Wonderful view from room. Negatives: no free breakfast anymore. They ask if you want buy it when you check in probably so you arent expecting it to be free. Parking garage across the street is in terrible shape and the elevators in it are filthy and stink. Make sure you unload all your stuff at the hotel entrance first. Also, i was super disappointed the outdoor patio upstairs was closed since that was one of the main reasons i picked this hotel.

very close to falls. There was live entertainment which was very enjoyable. Hotel has a nice lounge to enjoy fireworks.
