Best location in Niagara Falls, USA area.
It was the average overnight hotel , we booked for 3 nights … only stayed 2. But for what’s it worth. It was doable …..
The hotel was dirty, the room, the bathroom, the elevators, the floors....just a mess. And it's out of date, needs to be updated. Maybe there's just a lack of help. It is a good location and the beds were comfortable, gotta give them that!

Beautiful views of niagara state park ..2 minute walk to the falls. Great free breakfasts. Very quiet nights for sleeping.
Great location for a trip to the USA side of the falls...but if not for location, wouldn't recommend staying there. Cleaning was surely subpar. Very hit and miss with the front desk staff, some reallt nice and friendly, sone not at all.
Excellent location
I booked it because of the free breakfast, which was very good, and it was within walking distance to everything! which it was! And if you combine it with ourbus transportation from the Buffalo Airport its only 12.00 what a deal!
Perfect location of property - just 1 street across from the Niagara Falls Park - and we could also see and hear the Niagara River from our room! Hotel was clean and staff very helpful. Complimentary breakfast was okay. Parking is not free, but not exorbitant either.
