There was no welcome upon arrival. We actually surprised the attendant — he was wearing a t-shirt and looked startled when he saw us, quickly putting on his uniform shirt and cap.
Luggage handling was concerning: bags were left in an open area with no validation, receipt, or supervision. Since we arrived around 3 p.m., we decided to wait until check-in time rather than leave our luggage unattended. On our last day, we couldn’t enjoy our time after checkout because there was no place to store our luggage, so we had to go to the airport early even though our flight was much later.
The room was clean overall, but we found spoiled food in the refrigerator, which seemed to have been there for several days.
We also noticed staff work areas with doors open, visible to guests — these are not supposed to be part of the guest experience.
On a positive note, location is the best. And one employee was exceptionally kind and helpful, always greeting guests warmly. Unfortunately, she wasn’t there the day we checked in.
