The hotel was very clean and staff was very nice but the WiFi was terrible.

Room key wasn’t working properly. Room key had issues every time to activate and open the door.

The air conditioner did not work! When I came back from dinner the door to my room was standing half open! I couldn't find anything missing but my suite case was opened! VERY BAD! I checked out the next morning at 10:00 o'clock

Cleaning of the room was great but the pool location was not clean. In addition, I paid extra for food they only gave a discount.

Hotel stuffs were friendly. One of them help me to get Tequila bus tour which provide English guid. Room floor is not enough clean. My wife and my socks got dirty.

I wanted to eat by the pool with the kids but you can not bring your own food in order to use the tables the food and drinks have to come from their restaurant, If I order food to be delivered at the hotel they where not allowed to go all the way to my room I had come all the way to the gate, very inconvenient

Their custumer service was not the best. I had a early fligth they did not have any rooms available. They said check back in at 1:00pm i come back at 1:30pm and still no rooms available. But i saw other people who came before me and were checked in. Their was no aticipation. When i was finaly checking in the girl at the desk was not curtios she was distracted talking to her co workers about personal things instead of doing the proper check in. I have check in manny places but I have never had such a un tasteful expirience. I only checked in to this hotel due to my friends wedding.

Very few English speaking staff available...so brush up on Espanol. Requested QUIET location.... Put us next to elevator...??? Room was pretty clean as were linen....but had really bad odor which smelled like sewer gases coming from bathroom. Had to close door and cover floor drains just to sleep. Nice shopping mall next door.
