The room was clean. There was a parking garage near by which was like 26 dollars. Good location to get to citi field. Late night food place near by. All in all i would stay again.
Dependable stay and value for the money - clean and roomy, comfortable bed for a good night sleep, spacious and functional room. Included breakfast is a bonus. Although property is a bit old, the facility including bedroom is clean and well kept. Breakfast food is basic, but there are plenty of varieties. Overall, best value for the money.
Right by the 7-train also the Q48 goes directly to LaGuardia Airport. No tourist prices in Flushing as this large commercial area doesn't depend on the tourist traffic. Good Asian restaurants and bakeries. The food court at the nearby New World Mall (large chinese shopping center) is located in the basement level. Many great choices and great prices. Best Western was a clean, safe and affordable place to stay.
Clean room and reasonable price in Flushing Chinatown. Close to transport, Bus, 7 train and LIRR in close proximity. Plenty of Asian restaurants within walking distance. Rooms are small and given the rate it is understandable. You can upgrade to larger rooms. Breakfast is adequate, nothing special. They need to refill coffee machine when it runs out. There are several nearby fast food outlets that offer superior breakfast options so I don't mind paying for breakfast that I can enjoy.
Like other Best Western in US, basic breakfast; basic but clean room.
the location is very good. It is about 5 min walk to the subway station. It closes to many great Chinese restaurants.
I felt that the front desk staff during late night was extremely rude.
Fanny at the front desk was AMAZING!!! she went above & beyond to help me out w/my stay(as her & Mgr Frank did for me last year). my only issue was with the new AC system they have. when i left my AC on during the day so i could come back to a nice, cool room after the US Open(which was unpleasantly hot & humid every day), for some reason it didn't stay on the settings i had set. so after a long, hot day, i came back to a room that was 80 degrees! it didn't take too long to cool it back off, but it was a frustrating when to end each night. i have stayed here for a few years now & will continue to do so:)

Nice enough hotel. I was only crashing there for a few hours and really would have liked to have an electrical outlet within 8 feet of the bed.

The hotel staff(young lady) who was preparing the breakfast in the morning of 04/25/2018 was very rude. She didn't like to answer any questions.
It would be nice if more staff able to speak english. They were nice though. The breakfast are teribble. Run down apple juice and orange juice, no taste, its like theyre trying to stretch the actual juice. And it looks like they didnt change or clean the coffee machine. It taste bad. Other than that. Its okay.
Room was adequate and price was good. Hotel was quiet. Beds could use an upgrade. All in all satisfied for a couple nights.
