Nice hotel!

No handicap parking…I often stay at the Hilton In many other areas…this was not the normal Hilton quality…it was really bad. Staff really trying not to work or show hospitality…really disappointed

Great location and friendly staff

This was a pretty standard Hilton Garden Inn quality hotel. There was inexpensive self parking using a third party lot right around the corner. It was convenient and never close to being full. On the last night, there was an issue with the plumbing. There was no maintenance person onsite at that time so they just offered to switch rooms. This was annoying since it was the middle of the night and we were checking it out in a matter of hours. They gave us a room on another floor which was another hassle. The hotel wasn't near to full capacity. On our floor, almost every room had the COVID Lysol sticker seal unbroken meaning that those rooms weren't occupied. We let the front desk manager know about this when we checked out but they didn't really apologize or anything. Typically, if stuff like this happens at a Hilton level hotel, the will offer a restaurant voucher or even knock off a day of the parking fee. None of that was offered. Not the hotel's fault by any means but the Tim Horton's by the hotel is horrible. We also didn't really like the recommendation for a breakfast place by the front desk agent but that could be just personal preference. A LOT of downtown Buffalo was hit hard by COVID. There are quite a few businesses that have not reopened and/or shut down. There are places near the hotel but definitely check if they're open. Head to Elmwood Village/Allentown for better nightlife/restaurants.

I like that the property is very secure. After a certain time, you need your key card to let you into the building. You also need your key card for the elevator to get to the floor your room is on. With so much craziness in the world today, I feel very safe at that hotel knowing that notjust anyone can walk in.

Very clean and spacious room. Excellent and safe location with good restaurants . Would recommend this hotel to relatives.

Friendly staff, nice location, easy access Toilet dirty

Everybody was very nice and accomodating. I booked online and had to change my plans. I checked out a day early and tried to get a refund for my second night. I was told that would be no problem if I had booked with the hotel directly but since it was online, there was nothing they can do. I then contacted Orbitz who said no problem, they just had to call the hotel to confirm, they then called me back saying the hotel said no due to policy, they talked to the same front desk manager who told me the exact opposite 15 minutes prior. I dont mind being charged, after all I did check out on short notice at 3pm. What I cant stand is being told one thing and when it comes down to it they were really just blowing smoke trying to seem accomodating. I won't be staying there again based on principle.

We had a large, spacious suite perfect for our 5person family. The disappointing part was that the room wasn't ready until 5:30...way past the 3 pm check-in. We had the ability to use the pool while we waited. However after waiting for over 2 hr we were rather upset. The staff first refused any compensation. Than gave us a bottle of mango juice. Than after another hour or so, threw in some breakfast...after 2 hours they provided a free stay... I wish they were more forthcoming and a bit nicer.

Great location. Super nice staff. Good view fir fireworks. The prices of snacks are outrageous. But overall it’s great!!!
