Everybody was very nice and accomodating. I booked online and had to change my plans. I checked out a day early and tried to get a refund for my second night. I was told that would be no problem if I had booked with the hotel directly but since it was online, there was nothing they can do. I then contacted Orbitz who said no problem, they just had to call the hotel to confirm, they then called me back saying the hotel said no due to policy, they talked to the same front desk manager who told me the exact opposite 15 minutes prior. I dont mind being charged, after all I did check out on short notice at 3pm. What I cant stand is being told one thing and when it comes down to it they were really just blowing smoke trying to seem accomodating. I won't be staying there again based on principle.

We had a large, spacious suite perfect for our 5person family. The disappointing part was that the room wasn't ready until 5:30...way past the 3 pm check-in. We had the ability to use the pool while we waited. However after waiting for over 2 hr we were rather upset. The staff first refused any compensation. Than gave us a bottle of mango juice. Than after another hour or so, threw in some breakfast...after 2 hours they provided a free stay... I wish they were more forthcoming and a bit nicer.

Great location. Super nice staff. Good view fir fireworks. The prices of snacks are outrageous. But overall it’s great!!!

All employees, from valet parking and front desk to cleaning staff were helpful and friendly. Our three day stay, arrived Friday checked out Monday, could not have been better!

Very good for business travel, hotel shuttle, staff is terrific.

It's a wonderful experience for me and my friends here last weekend. The staff are wonderful people. When we checked in they were not able to find the rooms on the same floor for that inconvenience they offered us two days breakfast free and extra cots for free. The hotel is very clean. Only thing was the pool water was very cold when my friends tried on Sunday morning at 7 AM. I liked their valley parking, very nice people. Overall I would prefer next time Hilton hotels.

Great place! Beautiful rooms, pleasant staff! The downtown traffic was a bit chaotic getting in and out, but the hotel was worth it! The only complaint is have is the pillows flatten down to nothing, so ask for extras.

Staff, some very friendly, others very indifferent a little racist I could say, but me and my wife loved the place. In the future we could return to the same place but if they treat us better, no indifference for being Spanish speakers, some of the staff were very good, some very very cold and some very indifferent.

Amazing experience to have with young children up to their teen years.

Stayed at this hotel for the Tragically Hip show and was pleasantly surprised by the whole thing. The room had a fantastic view of City Hall, the Liberty building and the Electric Tower, not to mention Lake Erie and one of the bridges to Canada. Ideally located close to the First Niagara Center and Theater District, I'd be thrilled to stay here again in the future.
