The space was very cozy and had great lighting. Everything was clean and I felt right at home
The fact that we came to Albany to visit family thst we havent seen in years , and basically had to got threatened to get kicked out. Because we was a laughing n enjoying ourselves. To them it was loud. For $290 i should be able to talk as loud as i please. And your front desk man seemed real racist. But thats another story. Wont be staying there anymore
The dinning hall / restaurant didn't have set hours. Staff couldn't advise on actual hours and referred everyone to the bar. And, with the whirlpool broken, we didn't even both with the pool area. The cleaning lady we spoke to after our initial night was awesome-very friendly and helpful. Rooms and view were amazing. Thank you.
I paid $20 for parking at the hotel desk only for my key card not to work and I had to pay additional $26 with my credit card so I could get out of the parking garage
The location of the property and the fact that they have a place to hang out after hours.
Almost didn’t get a room. Checked in around 6pm, concert that night at the times union... hotel was overbooked. Requested a king, got a room w/ two full beds. Facilities a little run down. Comfy beds, good room service experience.
Very nice hotel! At check in the guy told me another website to book through to get more of a discount than the one I used! Good business in my book!
I had a very nice stay here, the facilities are clean, attractive and well laid out. The only surprise was that the bathroom didn’t have a fan vent, so it would fog up right away. But everyone at this hotel, from check in, to bell service, to housekeeping to food and beverage was excellent
This hotel is in need of updating. For the price we paid for one night, almost $300, there was chipped furniture, peeling paint and damaged shades. There is no breakfast included and the buffet costs $50 for 2 adults and 1 child. MAKE SURE YOU GET A SLIP FOR PARKING, otherwise its $17.00 to park overnight. The staff is amazing, very helpful and considerate. They went above and beyond to help us when needed.
The only issue was in the living room area of the suite pillows and a blanket were left on the sofa.
Very friendly staff , my son loved the pool, ate at the bar, food was delicious, the bartender was very friendly
In short walking distance from concert venue! Check-in took a very long time and room wasn’t the cleaniest.
When we arrived there were union protesters chanting in front of the entryway and harassing customers, like me and my colleagues. When we asked the hotel staff was the ruckus was all about, they told us the protesters were there on their behalf. When I asked how driving customers away would help them with job security, they looked at me with blank stares. This place was messed up!
Very pleased with entire stay. Good location for sightseeing.
This hotel's heating/cooling system was broken for the entire of my 2 night stay. Room temperature was 59F. Called engineering said their system is broken and will get portable heat, never came back with the heater. Called guest service back multiple times with nobody answering.
dirty water coming out of shower faucets; doors to the room are not opening from the first, third, fifth time though green light is flashing; vending machine is out of certain items
The parking is bad , it's scary to go there at night. And the condition is bad
