Needs A LOT of improvement in both the service and the plant. Recently changed management so it's no longer an Econo Lodge.

HOTEL FROM HELL

This place was beyond awful!!!! I chose this place because of a layover in Orlando WE DIDNT LAST AN HOUR! There are prostitue’s walking up and down the road and some even pull up in this parking lot. We checked in and went to our room and there was stains on the beds the floor was dirty and there were bugs smashed on the wall. I went down to tell the attendant he shrugged and said “I can give you another room” I went up to that room- IT WAS WORSE it had more stains on the bed, dirt towels left in the bathroom AND F*#%*ing roaches! I was done after this! Not even an hour later I checked out and went back to the airport and slept in the airport I would of added pictures but I was too busy running out the room

Worst hotel and website ever!! Don’t get trapped

Literally the worse site to book hotels you get NO WHERE with customer service they ALWAYS ask for a call back number they disconnect you and never call you back! I’ve been demanding a refund for the hotel they have on their website and they refuse to get me one I was so spooked out being asked if I wanted to buy drugs and plenty of prostitution going on Around the property

Hotel is run down and dirty. Price says one thing and when you get there to check in they charge a $50 non refundable deposit (on top of what you already paid). The rooms were dirty and nasty and did not have any toiletries inside.

El cuarto no estaba limpio,no me senti segura con mi familia lo tuvimos que disenfectar,un olor no agradable,hasta la basura tuvimos que sacar.fuimos a Walmart a comprar sabanas para cubrir las camas.
