The elevators and hallways all smelled strongly for marihuana. Also there are a ton of charges which you never expect. After a 3 night stay they added over 300 dllrs of charges and half was for parking. The place looks cool especially for kids but definitely not worth the cost.

Overall the hotel had an overwhelming smell of weed. Even though it was apparently non-smoking. The light in the room keep flashing (with electrical pops) and tripping the GFCI in the bathroom. Don’t bring kids here. This hotel is designed teenage kids or young couples. Won’t be back.

Staff was very friendly, we arrived really early and they held our bags for us to we could go and explore. They also held our bags after we checked out, because we weren’t ready to head out yet and still had sight seeing to do. Room was nice and clean. AC was good but seemed a little warm for my preference. Would definitely stay again.

We loved the hotel. The game room is great. We felt like it was in a great area and close to all the places we wanted to go. The concierge, Tatiana was super helpful.

The bath room had a fan. It has been a long time since I was in a hotel that had a bathroom fan that actually took care of the steam in the bathroom. Loved the location to pier 39.
