Thank you to all the staff, they are true shining gems of the hotel.

There is only valet parking, $58 a day, available at this site. Also, there is a daily $22 fee for being close to the wharf. For 2 days, I paid an additional $176. The room didn't even have a microwave and was not the cleanest or in the best shape.

Buyer beware! Parking is not included. You will have to pay $58 a night to use the valet car service attached to the hotel, with an additional $30 in taxes and fees per night. For a two night stay I got hit with a $176 bill to park my car - and because the hotel is located in Fisherman's wharf, there is no affordable parking to be found anywhere nearby.

expensive for what facilities offered.. hidden fees...22.16 a day for facility charge why is this not added in fees posted. feel like we were mislead. plus $58.00 a day to park your car. this sb posted in large print right up front!

Beds were very comfortable. Staff was friendly and took care of things promptly.

Location was great. The building itself needs a facelift, rooms were just ok, bathroom needs remodel

The location is very good for accessing the touristy areas. However, the hotel is in deparate need of an update. Everything is worn. The hotel staff is fine. When I complained because my tv didn't work and there was a smashed cookie on the carpet under my bed, the matters were addressed promptly. But I shouldn't have had to complain. The wallpaper in the bathroom was so dirty around the lightswitch; it may be that it was so old that it couldn't be cleaned. But that just goes back to my comment about things needing to be updated.

Very close to wharf and pier 39. Walking distance to a lot of attractions

Nothing was unique. Very poor condition. Not worth to stay here at all.

Shower, lots of towels, extra blankets, comfortable beds... unfriendly staff. Orbitz and the holiday inn should have disclosure on unique taxes and additional fees to the location

The hotel does not have parking for its clients. I was told I could park in the lot across the street but that it was not that safe, or I would need to find other parking arrangements. When I asked to talk to the manager he said "Well I can cancel your reservations and you can go stay at the Sheraton". I cannot believe the Manager would treat guests in this way. Then when we needed to check out, we called down for a luggage cart and where told " we don't have anymore but you can go down to the lobby and find one"! I will never stay here again. I work for a huge Travel Agency and I will make sure we never offer this hotel to any of our clients. I have filed a compliant with IHG regarding this matter. Orbitz needs to post on this hotel that they do not have parking for their guests. The only have parking for about 15 cars. Very disappointed!!!

I did not like having to pay a Fisherman’s Wharf tax that I did not know about ahead of time. The parking was horribly expensive. Even the breakfast at Denny’s was ordinary and horribly expensive.

nice location and staff was helpful. we found a great spot for breakfast that was in walking distance. good experience

Close to everything, very good location excellent staff

Hotel location was perfectly centered to all touristy places. Price was convenient. Staff was amazing and super friendly. Beds were a bit uncomfortable, and I did see what looked to be a wasp in the room and also remnants of someone else’s hair. Overall, ok place.

Centrally located. Curtains could not be closed all the way leaving light from outside to come in. Overall pleasant but not high quality. Staff was very helpful and accommodating.

Nice hotel, close to everything in walkng distance
