I don't know what this free bottle of wine comes from. They do however have a happy hour between 5-6pm and free beverages. The rooms are fine, bed is very comfortable, and good TV. Room has a refrigerator, coffee in the lobby. Exercise room with treadmills. Close to shopping and streetcar. Close to restaurants

Very bad experience overall. The pillows were terrible and caused shoulder pain, and the rooms smelled strongly of weed. The place is extremely overpriced, and when we mentioned these issues to the front desk, they showed no concern at all — they did not even look at us and just stared at the monitor. Definitely not recommending this place.

Although the room was on the smaller side, my husband and I had plenty of room to move around and get ready for our day with both our carry on suitcases on the floor. The bathroom spacious and everything was very clean and tidy. The restaurant downstairs was amazing and a great place to brunch on Saturday AM as well as cocktails every night. The staff were over the top nice and helpful. Thank you for a wonderful weekend at your hotel and my family and I will definitely be back!

I had to request the VIP benefit and did not recieve a room upgrade. The hotel is cute and they have cute touches like a record player in the room and a record library. We were there for two nights. The room is walking distance from Fisherman's warf restaurants and easily walkable to other locations downtown. The parking is $75/night---that is outrageous to me but of course we paid it. The on-site restaurant is filipino inspired and breakfast was great but expensive, about $150 for two people. I see that there was a breakfast option when booking, not sure what it covers but maybe you should explore that. Room is comfortable. Liked the robes. Staff are pleasant.
