Very noisy at night in the parking lot. Cannot sleep.

Close to everything Breakfast a bit expensive Friendly staff

Check in testy; $57.00 per day Parking just crazy; Room fine,

Good hotel in walking distance of pier 39, the aquarium, the exploratorium, Alcatraz, and ghiradelli chocolate. Lots of good restaurants nearby. Rooms are nice. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Definitely a good place to stay to be at fishermans wharf and all it has to offer.

The hotel is conveniently located to many attractions and mass transit. The rooms are big, clean, but a bit dated.

Close to a lot of fun places. Very comfortable bed, very clean. I highly recommend this hotel :)

This hotel was nice, and close to foshermans wharf. We have stayed in 4 hotels in fishermans whatf in the last 4 years and this was the most over priced. Just beware that if you want to park at their facility it's 50 a night, if you plan to eat here, we couldn't get breakfast for under 70. No continental breakfast. The other hotels we have stayed at had comparable rooms and either free/discounted parking OR free breakfast and coffee. Their included toiletries were nice, the water they have in the lobby is delicious and has fruit in the container giving it some flavor. If you stay here park in the anchorage parking garage, it says it's 40 a night no in and out privelages, but when we went to leave we let the guy know we were hotel guests at holiday inn and he gave us a nice discount, but most of the parking is comparable in price, between 35-50 a night.

Nice hotel. Walking distance to everything! I would stay there again. Only downer is parking at$57 bucks a day

Enjoyed staying here very much. The Denny's in the lobby is 24 hours. It's very close to all the Wharf's great attractions and restaurants. Only downer is that it is not convenient to the BART.

You can walk everywhere. The staff is great and the breakfast is delicious. Kids also eat free.

Good location for Fisherman's Wharf tourism - neighborhood a bit loud but that's to be expected.

Very convenient to fisherman's wharf area. Stayed here many times, never disappointed.

Los cuartos cómodos limpios serca a la plalla muy buena ubicación perfecto para visitarlo otra vez

Near trams, pier 39, bike rentals, great restaurants up Columbus Ave in Little Italy. Hotel was clean and efficient. Parking very expensive but you can check out and leave your car as long as you like that day. $45 a day! Nothing much cheaper around. Don't like Fisgerman's wharf but pier 39 is great for some fish and chips and views of the Gate! Easy from here to bike to Golden Gate. Excellent restaurant 10 minutes up Columbus called Piazza Pelligrini. Happy hour $5 from 5-7 in the hotel bar. Was fun but the service very slow. Buy two drinks each order. Bar staff kept disappearing.

Very rude staff. The only nice staff are the hotel maids. I don't see how this hotel can rate any better then 1 star.

Rushed out as soon as we sat down. Grabbed coffee pot right out of my hand when I was filling my coffee at breakfast. Don't NOT STAY HERE.

This was our second time at this ideally located hotel, and the service and amenities are just as wonderful as before. Consistency is important, and this place is consistently great.

I have to admit I had high hopes as we arrived very early, 10:30 a.m., and Ashley at the front desk was able to get us into a room instead of waiting until 3:00 p.m. We were put in a room that overlooked trashcans and a noisy alley/walkway. The trash and delivery trucks came all night long, car alarms going off at all times and loud drunk people yelling at each other - leaving us all tired and irritable due to no sleep. We didn't want to ask for another room since they had already accomodated us so generously with an early check in...We rented a car for our last day so that we can get out of the city to explore and would be driving home the next morning. Upon check out, I find that they charged $57 to park - for 1 night!

Nothing fancy here for the steep price. Hotel is very old and not worth the money we paid.

We arranged for breakfast to be included but we had to ask for it the staff did not "see" it at first. Orbitz quoted one price for parking but they wanted to charge more. Orbitz stated we could request a roll away bed but that is not true.
