We have been to the hotel many times because of the level of service this paradise gives the guests. These people are not only the nicest staff I have ever met they are some of the nicest humans. I want to call out Ivan who is a brilliant wonderful member of your team. He is perfect in every way and makes our whole trip. He goes above and beyond to make sure we are having a good time and looks for us each day to make sure that we are okay. Next Luis. Luis is just the nicest person in the world. I cannot even stand up without him checking if I need something. He is also a brilliant and kind member of your team and makes our time so special. Next Juan Carlos. This man is just exceptional and caters to every need. He gives better service than we have ever received and we have been to the best hotels in the world. Yet no service compares to this amazing man. Lastly Alfonso is our absolute favorite. Every time we come to the hotel this amazing person welcomes us and acts like a friend. Actually he has become a friend because of his kind nature . He is phenomenal and anyone what even be lucky enough to even know him. The management should know that this kind of service makes our trip and is the reason why we would never even think of staying anywhere else. Thank you for choosing such exceptional human beings to work at your beautiful hotel. You must be incredible at your job too because you are training the absolute best staff in the world. This was our first time to Punta Mita and we loved everything about the Conrad! The location is gorgeous and the hotel is brand new. Decor is fabulous. Setting is breathtaking. The staff was second to none in every customer experience from greeting to goodbye. Front desk, bell service, wait staff, pool attendants and housekeeping were 5-star all the way. We literally made friends with several waiters and staff members and exchanged emails. I cannot say enough about our experience here! It was perfect!!!

I've stayed at plenty of resorts in Mexico. This was one of my least favorites, and one of the more expensive spots. 1) We missed our flight from TJ to PV bc baggage intake was so slow. I called the hotel to let them know, and to see if I could add that day onto the end of the trip instead. Would've been smart to allow that, I would've spent more money there that extra day. They said no. Okay fine. I get it. I guess. 2) We showed up pretty late. However, on their website, the lobby bar should've been open til midnight, it wasn't. Due to covid, they close it 2 hours early and have for over a year without updating their website. Great. lol 3) Upon check-in, you would think they would tell you how to order room service (not even sure if they even provide this right now??), maybe give you a map...never got anything like that. They don't even have a chair for you to sit on when you check-in, you just have to stand. 4) The 1st morning we were there, we got kicked out of a seat by the pool bc it was reserved for a large group?? Even though there was zero signs stating this. The person also didn't care to help us find a new seat. The way this was handled made me feel like I was at a Motel 6. They blamed the lack of open seating around the pools on occupancy. lol. If I pay $800 a night to stay at a hotel, you really should have a seat for everyone you've sold a room to! 5) Pool bar closed at 3pm on a SATURDAY. Everyone was shocked. Overall the service was impersonal and unfriendly

The Conrad hotel was beautiful but needs work. They always a left something out of our food order at the pool. The drinks were weak and we always had to order an extra shot to taste the alcohol. They didn’t really give us tour of the property Nor did we know the options for activities. The last issue was how expensive it is to get around from where the property is located. To go 10 min away to salulita the cost was $60 for 1 way. $100 just to go back go the airport. Also Uber is not available where this hotel is. The hotel itself is nice, but there is aLot of over promising And under delivering in general.

This property is brand new and situated right off the waterfront with all sorts of amenities. Definitely a safe and secure resort to visit. Most of the staff were very attentive and took good care of us during our stay. Thank you again Team Conrad Punta de Mita!
