The staff was very friendly and responsive. Overall cleanliness of the property was noticeable. Rooms were clean and spacious. Restaurant choices are very limited. For breakfast it was at the mayapan restaurant. For lunch you basically ate at the beach or at the pool. For dinner you ate at the Tulum Buffet. Not many other choices for food for an all-inclusive vacation rate.

I love the overall location and beach. I disliked the lack of valet service and lack of laundry service within the resort.

The room was excellent. We loved having a kitchen and laundry area. The water slides were a hit with the kiddos. The umbrella huts were great on the beach. We will be back next year.

There is so much for kids and adults to enjoy and you feel very safe there.

Nice property, very friendly staff. Felt sorry for the tigers in their small cage.

Overall a great property. The one complaint / concern is that while breakfast and lunch are great, with many options, even sushi for those of us that enjoy it, but dinner is disappointing.

The staff was attentive and very ready to help. Our building didn't have WI-FI although they advertise like they do, After I inquired they said that the standard rooms don't get WI-FI, that I could upgrade with an extra charge. The balconies in most of the units are shared. The food at the different restaurant and at the stands on the beach was just OK if you don't have another place to go. We liked that there is a market close by.

We had a wonderful week stay at Paradise Village. It's a beautiful resort with lots to do, plenty of shopping within walking distance, and bikes to rent to go exploring, and the staff if amazing. The people are what really made our stay so enjoyable.

We loved the place. They had overbooked and put us up in a nearby condo complex that was an upgrade. One problem. You needed a electronic fob to get to the beach and back. It took two days before they gave us the right fob.

The overall experience was EXCELLENT!!! Plenty for my teenage children to do, incredible facility and service my family and I WILL be going back again!!!

The beach is nice, hotel is nice, hotel staff was really friendly Except for one when we arrived the lady who checked us in was not very helpful or welcoming but besides her all other staff we encountered were really friendly.

we loved it. suite was amazingly spacious! Hotel was nice, beach was beautiful!

Everything was great, from start to the end. Very safe to go with family.

We stayed at Paradise Village for 6 nights, the hotel staff was very friendly and the hotel itself was clean but outdated. Our room was big and had a full size kitchen which was unexpected but really nice. The pool was nice and kid friendly but very over populated. Pool side service took a while but the buy one get one free happy hour was worth the wait. The property grounds were kept up nicely and the hotel location is great! We were close to a shopping mall, plenty on restaurants and the hotel had lots of family activities right on site. We felt safe walking around early and late at night.

We have been coming here for decades and God willing, will continue to come here.
