We had a horrible experience with our vacation at your hotel we stayed on 3/9/ 24 - 3/12/2024 1st we received terrible room like a motel, and then that was 2144 we had a horible noice the whole night sink was clogged up, we did change the room to 3530 , and we were hels hostage to pay for Sky bar even though it was all inclusive and they explained that they couldnt find some stupid piece of paper from Sky bar we had to pay extra for cab almost got in an accident cause we were gona miss our flight. Please look into it and make sure we get our refund for Skybar right away
The resort was beautiful and had great service. The “all-inclusive” designation was not as expected, as you were limited to certain restaurants, had to carry papers around, had to report your room number an inordinate amount of times a day, and had to sign a “bill” for every drink and meal. It was a bit off-putting for us.

Friendly staff. Various pools. Clean facilities. Family had a great time.
Rooms were a bit outdated ~ Loved how clean the exterior and dining areas we’re constantly kept .. my room .. not as good. Any issues I had were taken care of immediately.. much to my pleasant surprise. The food was very good and the variety was great. Lots of fresh fruit and the omelette station was fabulous!

Bad customer service ever
Property was very clean. Location was pretty good. Rooms were great. Check-in was extremely slow. We reserved a room with an ocean view, and did not get one. They told us we'd have to check back in a few days. The food and restaurant options were subpar. You could only visit the two non-buffet restaurants twice during your whole stay and had to reserve several days in advance. the buffet had mostly the same stuff on it daily. People would go down to put towels on chairs at 5 in the morning. So there was never anywhere to sit.
Good location with market nearby to purchase food items. Lots of beach umbrellas to use. Great swimming pools.

We had a great trip. The most beautiful sunsets and clean sandy beaches I have ever seen. We had a waiter his name is Gabriel he was the BEST. He was so friendly and always smiling. I would definitely recommend this resort!
I loved the property facilities, the room was good. the front desk and bell boys were very friendly and helpful. the highlight of the resort is the great pool area and the slides, which the family completely enjoyed. there were also some activities around the pool area which made the whole experience memorable. there was also a show in the property auditorium, and the resort also had good dining options.
Overall the property was dated with limited dining option. Only the buffet has breakfast. Not all restaurants are part of the all inclusive package, which was very disappointing. The check-in process was extremely slow. The pool area was small with limited lounge chairs. Non-motorized sport equipment are only available when the flag is yellow, which is very rare. Construction starts very early in the morning which can be very loud and disturbs sleeping guests. Maid service is not very thorough and didn't give enough clean towels.
After agreeing to a 90 minute timeshare presentation, we were roped in for over 5 hours. We were assigned the crappiest low booster rooms on the property (which makes it hard to want to buy into a prospective members). Moved to a room with windows (first room was a double bed with no windows) but AC was broken. Finally moved to a decent room where we finished our stay. Hard to sell a property when you only see the worst. I likely won’t ever start here again. Pools were small and very crowded. The shopping center nearby was helpful but we don’t golf so the main amenity was lost on us. We did everything in Puerto Vallarta so we likely won’t return to Nuevo Vallarta in the future.
It is a beautiful hotel, services and friendship. I love it!!
