The property is nice. Buffet in the morning and afternoon did not change all the same food, could work on that, fresh fruits were the same all day and didn’t taste good, fruits were not sweet. Very little choice of sweets as well. The restaurants on the other hand were great, all the food there tasted perfect, and good service. The beach was nice and clean. The rooms could use same update, some parts in shower were falling out, and balcony door was stack one day, the blow dryer is soo old and sucked in and burned some of my hair. The staff is nice and helpful, the only thing I didn’t like they we’re trying to sell you time share and if you are VIP you have more breakfast and lunch options, and you can eat ice cream, which I asked for and they said no sorry it’s not for you, because you have different bracelet, that rude. Well, the stay was ok, but I don’t think I would want to come back.

Excellent food, staff, eco-measures, and cleanliness! Filtered water throughout the property so bring bottle to refill! It would be 6 stars with better beds (bigger and more comfortable (very hard)). 😁

El servicio del check in es malo al llegar te dan la llave de la habitacion pero no completan la entrega de los brazaletes hasta convencerte de q asistas a un desayuno para venderte la membresia de timeshare. Nosotros asistimos al desayuno y habiamos comprado la membresia la cual nos arrepentimos de adquirirla y al querer cancelar nos fue muy dificil ya q con engańos los vendedores no nos dejaban cancelar diciendonos q no teniamos derecho lo cual es incorrecto ya q por ley tienes 5 dias para cancelar sin penalidad por lo tanto nuestras vacaciones se nos fueron en tratar de cancelar. En el hotel las bebidas son malas la soda no tiene gas y el minibar no remplazan las bebidas, para los restauranes tienes q hacer la reservacion en persona a una hora especifica si no ya no hay lugar. No regresaria no lo recomiendo.

This property is huge! Upon check-in I wish we were given a map and told about the schedule and events going on during my stay. We became friendly with the layout and schedule on our second last day. Also everyone in my booking got a massage voucher and a few of us that checked in that evening didn’t receive it. Overall cleanliness was good most of the restaurants had clean dishes and cups. The pool and beach area and the hotel rooms were clean. A few mornings I had the same towels refolded even though they were on the ground and requested to be renewed. For food: Breakfast omelette station was the best For lunch the restaurant beside the kids pool was the best but I wish they had paper plates and cutlery so you can eat your food by the pool. I found it annoying that we had to eat right in the buffet. There’s a super yummy gelato place right next to this mini buffet For dinner the Mexican restaurant on the 17 floor was the best. We discovered it in our last night but I probably would’ve come here if I had discovered it from day 1! There’s also a super yummy pizza place

The employees were very nice and helpful but, the food is horribly it’s insipid and isn’t have any flavor . They have really expensive prices for all inclusive.they charged you room service delivery, very limited menu, thanks to karina the concierge lady was very nice and helpful with everything she could it’s the best, they have wonderful personal, but, they need to put better food I was definitely very disappointed, at Marival Emotion’s resort and I won’t be back at this hotel

The look of the lobby needs an upgrade. Water temperature kept changing. Live music was cut off to to early. Timeshare tour was horrible. Very rude pushed to the limit by the management. But the hotel staff was very humble and kind. Food was awesome 👌.. We do recommend and i would go back. Great for kids..

I like only because is close to the beaches but the service is horrible

Beautiful and kept clean- staff and activities were a blast- the only negative was the immediate sales pitch about being a member- let the guests check in and relax before the pitch! Otherwise we loved our trip down!

The rooms at this resort are nice! I do wish the bathroom doors could be locked (shower & toilet). The layout of the resort was a bit confusing to me, but the staff will gladly direct you on where to go. Beach out in front isnt private & there are plenty of great vendors who walk by. Pools are clean.

Food and staff

Common area restrooms need major cleaning. It was dirty and some weren't flushed.

Large number of families and kids at this location. Very few staff members spoke english. Swim up bars closed

The look of the lobby needs an upgrade. Water temperature kept changing. Live music was cut off to to early. Timeshare tour was horrible. Very rude pushed to the limit by the management. But the hotel staff was very humble and kind. Food was awesome 👌.. We do recommend and i would go back. Great for kids..
