Incredibly good experience, we would return. The only challenge at all is the crowds at dinner time. If you go during a busy time you can wait over an hour to eat dinner. However on the plus side the staff are incredibly gracious, the facility is very nice, there's a lot of fun Hard Rock themed stuff, there are cool activities for the kids and for adults, and the entertainment team is top notch. It's just a great place to visit.

Excellent service. The food was great but not amazing as we hoped. The installations and pools and the beach were very clean and awesome. The rooms very clean but the beds were not that good, Air temperature was little bit hot on the room.

We were promised a bottle of wine each night for being Expedia VIP and we didn’t get not even 1. We brought it up twice to reception and the concierge, and they promised to bring it up but never did. Outdoor restaurants had a dress code of no sandals or tank tops and unfortunately, we didn’t come prepared. We weren’t told that dress code would be required within the confirmation or upon check in. Our room was located on the sixth floor and the minute you walked out of the elevator to walk to your room. There was a stench that almost smelled like moldy. That stench stuck on our clothes to wear what we had to wash all of our clothes whether they were clean or not when we got home.

Overall great stay. Except we could hear people making a ton of noise above us all nights. They also failed to bring us breakfast the morning of an excursion we booked through them so we had to skip it. But otherwise bill ice stay.

Solid family fun. Nothing negative to say about this property. Focused on cleanliness, great food and family fun. Chino and Adrian were the highlight at the Sun Bar. They were always welcoming and had lovable personalities.
