The resort is very nice, rooms are a bit dated but clean and comfortable. The staff was all very nice and great at their jobs. The nightly entertainment was fantastic and always had great tunes playing in the restaurants and around the pool. The food was good at the buffet as well as all the restaurants. Will definitely go back in the future.

Rooms were clean. Staff was helpful and fantastic. Always willing to help! Lots of activities. Food was really good for an all inclusive hotel. We were there during the El Mencho cartel crisis and while the hotel was a bit short staffed, we always felt safe.
