Had a very nice stay. The hotel ratings were accurate. Will stay again

We stay at this hotel often, it is getting run down. Too many mistakes made by the staff. The restaurant was great. The pool area is getting run down, the hot tubs are in bad shape. Doubt that we will stay here again. Jim

Everything in close, many restaurants in the vecinety

The hotel alone was more than adequate. The staff was extremely professional and helpful. The Location is central to all you need. I have no complaints in these areas, but I did not feel that it was worth the money spent. The site does tell you there is a resort fee, but it really is only for the "activities"-which amounts to the pool use and transportation to the the BIG disney parks. I didn't know until we checked out that there is a daily parking fee also. I was charged to use the phone-just to call across the street, and the food and drinks in the bar and restaurant were not even close to being of quality to deserve the price. We stayed 4 nights and with fees and taxes, spent nearly 900- just on the hotel and hotel fees. My family stayed somewhere else and spent half that. The photo of the resort is not a good representation. It is smallerror than you would think. All in all not satisfied with what we spent in reference to what we got.

I feel that after the resort fee and parking fees, the hotel was overpriced. It is a very nice location and hotel, but there are many other choices out there and we will opt for a less expensive choice next time. We also felt that the buffet breakfast was overpriced.

We liked the hotel and the pools kids enjoyed it very much. Raphael is the best breakfast waiter attentive, professional, friendly and helpful.

Excellent Service Excellent Job Excellent Staff Excellent Condition.

Very nice pool area. Very kid friendly. Would stay there again.

Hotel location is great, lots of places to eat.Building is outdated, inside the rooms are nice, very comfortable beds, but the cleaning staff, only fix your bed, they don't care to take out the trash, nor to leave you new water or tea.parking is 15$plus tax, brekfast 17$per person, which I think is expensive.

Great older hotel that is in a convenient location. While the property of older, it is kept in good condition.

Older hotel that cold use some updating especially in lobby area. The market and bar area should stay open a little later each day especially on the weekend. When I first arrived I was place on a lobby level room that apparently was a adjoining room and also had street level door. This room was not acceptable.mthe lights from cars land then noise was very bad. I asked if I could be moved that night and they were not able to accomadate this my first night. The next day I met Terriann at the front desk who was great although it took a few hours and a little time out of my day she was able to move me into a different room in the 3rd building. Again she was great. Once I got to my new room my thermostat was broken and I called Maintenance and then Hector who fixed it. He was great as well

Very good location and close to all restaurants and themes park.

Hotel staff was very kind and helpful. Pools were fun for the entire family. Good breakfast.

The hotel was a little older. They did an excellent job accomodating us with an early check in. The room was nice, the linens clean. The closet had musty smell to it and the sgower curtain also was a little smelly.

Amazing! Would definitely stay here again. Super close to my conference and Disney and restaurants and souvenir shops!

I don't know know why there's some negative reviews with this place. I thought the place was great. It was clean and it had a lot to offer. The hotel was at a great spot and everything was around it. I would recommend the hotel to anyone that wants to relax and enjoy their stay with family and friends. Also thd GM of the hotel was extremely welcoming. Cindy gave us vouchers for food and drinks due to my birthday being within a few days. Overall, this place gets an 8.5-9 out of 10.

I booked this hotel when i got there, it turns out it has 2 parts both a hotel and motel, so i was put in the motel part. The room, beds and towels smell like chlorine. I guess they dont use detergent to clean them. I put it aside the garbage but twice they didn't take it out so i had to throw it out myself. when i checked out, i had to pay for parking, and about $21.00 for "covenience fee" for using wifi and the pool. I gave the staff 3 stars because i didnt ask them for any help but they did clean the room. Kinda...

The hotel stay was nice. What you see in the pictures is exactly what you get. My only things were that they did not have transportation to all theme parks. Jusy for disney. Also beware of hidden fees. I was govem the impression that the $50 covered incidentals and that it would be refunded but it was actually for the hotel fees...and on top of that i was charged an extra $30 that i was not even aware of until we checked out..aside from that mayhem it was a nice weekend.

There was a piece of glass in the bathroom floor, I had no shoes on and it went on my foot I went to the receptionists to let her know and it took her forever to have me sign a waver horrible

I love Orlando, it's a very beautiful place to do shopping and visiting the theme parks, though its becoming sort of a Tourist trap. Be aware when booking your hotel especially if you are getting a rented car. Parking fees are not included in the hotel rates, nor are "hotel services" and if you are receiving packages (from Amazon, or any other seller) that's another fee. In the end, I could have save more by staying in another hotel that didn't have hidden fees. Not 30% more than what I payed here on Orbitz.
