Bathroom needs work room had door to be open outside and inside

We loved the heated pool, the restaurant and the room. The 2 kids loved the smors.

Room could be cleaner and shower was like a puzzle to turn on.

We arrived at 2:30pm and our room was only ready at 4pm when was supposed to be ready at 3pm. They charged 2 times $304 of my credit card just to cover incident on 3 days stay. She didn’t even drink the water from the room. The bus to take to Disney was supposed to be at 9:30am and only showed up 11am... Some staff was nice, but had a lot of rude people working there. When you are in vacation you want to feel welcomed not like you doing a favor for them. My advise is, try another place.

Arrived early for check in, CSR said hotel would send text when ready. We went to beach and never did receive text. Hotel was probably very nice in its day but is just aged. Pools are ok, one hot tub worked well, other one wasn't very hot. Loud in room late at night and early in morning. Never ate or had a drink at either restaurant or bar but not many people in either. Marketplace seemed fine, got a few things in their and it was ok. Location is very good, close to Disney and many eating places around.

Loved the hotel, location, staff! Will def consider Sheraton as my Home away from home.

Great hotel close to the parks. The room was spotless clean including the bathroom. And the pool area and other amenities are excellent.

Staff very friendly. Close to all the attractions and easy freeway access

The hotel was pretty good, our king bed was very comfortable, with a feather duvet and nice soft pillows. My only complaints would be thin walls and noise from main drag, and the parking situation. Self parking is $15 a night, there's no fence up around the property and spots are limited. We got back from the Magic Kingdom late one night and had to park all the way at the back of the property, near a dubious looking area. They also charge the resort fee, which I noticed all Orlando resorts charge. Between the parking and resort fees, it ended up being a lot more expensive than it seemed upon the initial pricing. Pretty convenient to get to disney, especially if you stay off the main drag and get your GPS to take you on the back roads. Very close to Disney Springs!

We had a good experiences, I recommend this hotel. Is very center located. The room was clean!

First I made the checking and took for ever to attend us. After they indicate us about the location of the room, it was not what I pay for. It was a bigger room, for a family, sharing doors. They could not give me another room that night. Second day finally could move to a room that is was on my package, very nice! It was an exhausting day after all day walking once I open the door the room was not CLEAN!!! there was no bottles of water, NO CLEAN SERVICE!!! We have to clean the bed ourselves. It really was not a good experience at all! VERY DISAPPOINTED, it was my 5th wedding anniversary and really was not what I expected.

Everything was great except the part that there's 9 nl y elevators on one side of the buildings and there's only ice on on floor of the whole building.

Nice hotel close to parks , would stay here again

Our experience was good until we had to leave early due to Hurricane Irma and flight cancellation. I would come back and stay at your location.

There were extra hidden charges such as hotel fees and car parking. They were not clear in web site when I made the reservation.

Good experience, but that resort fee should be displayed or written in a sight seing place. It's a surprise when you check in and they tell you, you have to pay it.

Very nice clean and staff very friendly. Very helpful when needed. Room was very clean and fresh

Check in was super quick and convenient. Check in time stated 3pm, however our flight arrived a lot earlier and we had no problem checking in. I guess we got lucky because we over heard other people having to wait for their rooms to be ready. Check out experience wasn't as great. The staff member at the counter wasn't allowing me to explain a charge on my card, she kept jumping to conclusions until I asked her to let me explain. Eventually she kept quiet and listened, of course after I got a little stern with her. Hotel room was decent, except the hotel pillows. I was pretty grossed out to see all the staining on the pillows that we had to sleep on. So many drool stains. Yuck! Other than that, everything else was pretty ok for the price we paid.

Great location, shuttles to the parks and walking distance to many restaurants no car needed. The rooms were old, needs updating. The rooms are clean beds/pillows extremely comfortable. Pools were awesome, not as big as website photos but lots of fun. The kids loved the water slide and had a hard time getting them off to be done for the day. The deep pool is warmer than the zero entry but we enjoyed both every day. Our A/C wasn't working and they sent someone up in a timely manner, still didn't work and they just replaced the entire unit, it was easy and efficient. The entire staff was friendly, always saying hello and being helpful. Check in/out was easy and hassle free. Washer/dryer on certain floors. The wifi was a pain, it kept going in and out so if you plan on working while here, maybe have a better option. We were on vacation so I didn't mind so much. The market was outrageously expensive, stop at the store before you check in. We only had one issues with our meal in the restaurant. I am sure it's owned by a different entity than the Sheraton so don't plan on too many meals inside the hotel. Not worth it, and bar, that was WAY overpriced. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

room low confortables, Invoice - Charges not match - process incorrect.
