This 4 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath house is located in the desirable family friendly community of Naushop. The house includes all the amenities Naushop offers; a community pool, two tennis courts, a pickle-ball court, playground and renovated clubhouse. The community is located on the bike path providing easy access to the beach (1.5 miles), town (2 miles), and other amenities.

The house features three levels of finished living space, an open floor plan beaming with light, a spacious 1st floor master suite, pine floors throughout, top of the line appliances, forced hot air and central ac, a fireplace, brick patio, private backyard with grill, 8 x 10 storage shed, an outdoor shower, 2 adult bikes, 3 children's bikes, and parking for two cars. The home’s finished basement is the perfect play area for children and the home includes a pack and play as well as a highchair.

Great house

The house was very well appointed and had everything we needed to make this a thoroughly enjoyable stay. Great location and great yard for the family. Had fun riding bikes right on the bike path located right off the development. I would highly recommend and look forward to renting next season

Perfect for young family.

Great Getaway

We recently stayed and had a great time! The house was very easy to find and only a short drive to town. It was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. The neighborhood was very nice to walk around and also had tennis courts available. Would definitely stay again!
