When i requested the free water gift set i was told by the manager that it was only for Hilton members. We happen to be members. She never asked. It was assumed thar we were not members. I just walked away as the message was delivered via negative body language.

Very bad start

We arrived at the hotel around 4:30 PM. We were told that our room wasn’t ready but it would be ready within 30 minutes. A lot of people had the same experience that day. We finally got our room after 6PM after asking multiple updates. The receptionist Jenny gave us the worse check in experience making us feel bad to ask for our room. The rooms were good. Breakfast is good. The bartender was very sweet and helpful.

It has as one of its amenities a Shuttle Service to the Miami Cruise Ports. It is misleading as you would think it was a free perk but is available by a 3rd party not related to the hotel and costs.

Watch out for cars

The place is in the perfect place, center of downtown near everything walking distance. Only problem was the location of the parking facilities.navigation is very aggressive and fast. Got to make quick decisions when entering the parking lot
