The room could have been cleaner. And there are no ice machines in the hotel. The rooms have kitchens with empty ice trays in the freezer, but that means you can't have any ice until you make. Which means no ice day 1 of your stay.

Convenient location and spacious rooms, but no type of views.

I normally don't write reviews, but I had such a wonderful first experience here. Arleen at the front desk was extremely welcoming and really made this a positive experience for me. She was knowledgeable, quick, and had all the information I'd need for my stay on hand and written out. My room was clean and exceeded my expectations upon arrival. I would gladly stay here again during my next visit to Miami. My only gripe was having trouble reaching someone early in the morning to have my toilet unclogged. When I finally got in touch with someone they merely handed me the plunger and walked away.

I’ve stayed at Extended Stays before and this was the worst experience. The only positive I can share is that the desk staff were very kind and pleasant. However, everything else at this hotel was just difficult and not as advertised. It is inconvenient to place an order just to have a cup in a kitchenette. The parking, advertised as free, was $19/day. (When asked if this was a recent change, I was informed it had taken place over a year ago). The “breakfast” of granola bars and muffins (literally nothing else) hardly qualifies as breakfast. And no coffee maker in the room. No ice available on the property. They provided shampoo but no conditioner or lotion. Hot water was inconsistent for showering. Wifi was so slow it was pointless to use. Its the small things that make a stay comfortable that this hotel lacked. Also, the presence of garbage rooms on every floor made the entire hotel reek. I traveled with a friend and was embarrassed after having vouched for the quality of this chain. I did like the location; there are a few cafes nearby and a drug store across the street to easily secure items you may need.

Felt cheap. Soap was gross. Couldn’t get it to bubble up to was my hands. No dishes. Wouldn’t give us a do not disturb sign. The front desk person asked how our stay was and then she was argumentative when I told her. Don’t ask if you dont care for the answer.

No shuttle to port hotel has not enough help I had to pay 50.00 for a Uber I will never stay there again

Needed a place to stay. Close to downtown and affordable.

Rooms had a horrible odor and we were separated given the it was under one reservation

Our experience overall was excellent! The staff catered to all of our needs and were very friendly! They made sure that we knew if we needed anything at all that they were there to help us. The location of the hotel is perfect! We were just a few minutes away from downtown and about a 20 minute drive to South Beach! The room was clean! Definitely not overpriced, considering it was Ultra weekend/Spring break time. I recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Miami!

Service a little slow. Some utensils and the coffee pot not clean, nrededicated to be rewashed.

Very good value on Brickel. Room were clean and comfortable. Not much amenities, but adequate for the business traveler

Location not as great as it described/ staff very friendly and helpful/ Parking over night $13, free parking daytime. Overall OK

Stayed here for new years eve and it was perfect clean and the kitchen was a bonus. Good location if your trying to go downtown

Good value for a business trip. Basic hotel provides what is needed.

Room furnishings have been upgraded. Great location near Brickell restaurants and bars.

Without being a new hotel, is in good maintenance.

4 people shared 2 beds night prior to cruise. There was nothing fancy about it. Only real complaint friends had issues were the sheets didn't seem clean on their bed. It was close to port. The area didn't seem to be the greatest at night but their is security at night. Reasonable price for the area considering what others were charging.
