Hotel rooms new to be remodeled.Air conditioning were super loud.They had leakages in hallways.Wash machine didnt work.

Loved everything: it’s location is on the bay next to a park. It has access to sidewalk to go for a stroll alongside the water/park. Easy Uber ride to many places:such as Bayside, Wynnwood, South Beach .. Staff was pleasant. I would def recomendad & be back!
Hotel Receptionist never explained the Hotel Amenities. I also called the Front Desk twice and they put me on hold and never got my call or called me back. Room didn't have a hair dryer.
I love the partial bay view and the room but there was construction near my room 842. The WIFI was not there, never came up on the search. The hallway was a mess with repairing stuff, plaster...etc. The staff didn't always replace my wash cloths.
Upgrade to the condo floors. Isn’t really an upgrade. More space yes more worn out yes. Bed was awesome
