Hotel Receptionist never explained the Hotel Amenities. I also called the Front Desk twice and they put me on hold and never got my call or called me back. Room didn't have a hair dryer.

I love the partial bay view and the room but there was construction near my room 842. The WIFI was not there, never came up on the search. The hallway was a mess with repairing stuff, plaster...etc. The staff didn't always replace my wash cloths.

Upgrade to the condo floors. Isn’t really an upgrade. More space yes more worn out yes. Bed was awesome

Great location to my conference, dining and the supermarket. The size of the room was really great! They have nice sitting areas by the elevators! Now for the cons! The ceiling tiles in the bathroom was a mess. The install was very sloppy and some of the connectors were missing. The worst thing about the room was hearing the air conditioner dripping all night. Pretty annoying...AND stinky!. I started to wheeze after 1 day in the room. I had to turn the air con OFF in Miami in JULY!!! I notified the front desk but they did nothing about it. Absolutely nothing! I had to suffer in the heat because i couldn't stand that smell and I didn't want to breathe that air! I can tell it is a health hazzard because my chest tightened and I started wheezing.

I liked the size of the room and overall appearance.

The ONLY reason I rated this hotel a 4 was because the service we got on the second day. When we checked in the service was horrible. The attendant didn’t value our service. She haggled my spouse when trying to get a wristband and she double charged us for the room (we had a $962 hold our entire vacation). She argued with me and said I only paid a deposit online I had to pull my receipt up and go back downstairs and show her on my phone. Horrible service and I had to ask for my cookies. I’m a Hilton Honors member but booked through Orbitz for the package deal. I booked a 3 bedroom condo with bay views and we were put in a room with views of trees and a crane. The construction on the floor above us scared me the next day so I asked to be moved. Felt like they were coming through our ceiling. This time we got the service we deserved and expected. A manager switched us and we got a bay view. Another attendant interrupted us to say we couldn’t be helped. Sad. The rooms need some maintenance on things like lamps and door hinges. We saw 3 condos since she showed us two condos to choose from. The upgrades and views were all totally different. The jet skis, banana boats, and jetboat are literally downstairs. The store/deli/liquor store were much appreciated . We loved the smoothie/fresh store downstairs. I would eat at Casablanca even if I never stay there again. The security guards were friendly and helpful especially Ansy. Staff training is needed! or it’s going down.

Was clean and easy to get in and out of. Decent food close by. Staff was super friendly.

This place was run down .... poorly cleaned and kept . My bed was broken the ac unit in the ceiling sounded like a helicopter.... the furniture was in poor shape and the staff at the desk were rude and slow... other employees were very pleasant... wasted my money staying there
