Beutiful house very well located, spacius and safe.

House in Real del Valle Mazatlán, in private #11. Two floors, for 6 people with 3 bedrooms, air conditioning in all bedrooms and in the common area. Very close to Marina Mazatlan only 8 minutes!!! And 6 minutes to Mall Galerias. 15 minutes to the beach and 20 minutes to Zona Dorada.
The house has everything you need to feel comfortable. Internet high speed inclusive. The kitchen is fully equipped, it has blender, dishes, cutlery, glasses, coffee maker, toaster pans and stove with oven, everything is new!!!
The house has wash machine and dryer, airon and airon board.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2.5 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.
