Everything was great, beautiful garden. The only issue i had was the bathroom facet breaking off, i think it happened before and they tryed to fix it using a glue/ epoxy. Nice place on the beach.

We would definitely stay there again. Everyone at the hotel was wonderful

Overall a nice & quiet place to stay. However, did have 3 nights of local college kids that took the place over; they were loud & had zero respect for resort rules. They were up ALL night drinking & playing loud music, management did nothing until we complained. Also a double standard on outside food & beverages.....locals OK, not so much for us.

Very nice hotel. Right on the beach. Had a slight problem with A/C and the electricity, staff said it was an outside problem. Front desk called at 3am to see if we wanted to move to a new room, because of no electricity. Really No not at 3am! It came on the next day. The rest of the 2 week stay was a very nice experience and would recommend to anyone. Manuel at the pool/bar area was great.

Great Hotel, beautiful View , the amenities are very nice, quiet and very clean!

Room had a broken glass table and clogged bathroom sink. However they did transfer us to a different room upon request. Nobody apologized for condition of first room. Bed was a little hard and not too comfortable.

The hotel it was nice but the service was terrible

Roaches on the wall of the room, the humidity became a bad smell

Name, advertising and pictures will fooled you. Overall, bad news. Wi-Fi is very bad throughout the hotel. Telephone in room doesn't work or will not be answered by front desk personal. Very laud and noise place, slamming room doors, laud music and activities around the pool specially at night over weekend. Weekend groups are coming in basketball players, baseball players all teenagers and the party is on throughout the hotel. Swimming pool was closed for 2 days, even after was open water was dirty. I stayed at this place 6 years on the row and it looks that every year is getting worst. So enough is enough and they will not have my business ever again. Don't allow the price and pictures to fool you. You'll be sorry and discussed! Some employees are very nice and will miss them.

it was a family nice hotel. The wifi access was not so good in the rooms but overall enjoyed my stay

I found our hotel stay to be comfortable. The staff was courteous and professional. We kept the bar staff busy and I found Roberto to be fun, professional, accurate and prompt. The food was good too. The only thing that I would work on were: 1. you have a volleyball court, but do not offer a volleyball. Travelers dont normally pack this. 2. Beds were hard as a rock..Pillows were the size of hay bales and hard as well. I thought the overall experience was pleasant. I would stay again if traveling to Mazatlan.

Clean hotel, location is good, staff is friendly. Wirerelss did not work while i stayed on this hotel.

This Hotel All inclusive is one of the best hotel in mazatlan, I traveled with my family. Good staff, Good food and drinks. I recommend this Hotel.

Beach in front of the hotel have a lot of stones, there is not a good place to be. You can walk a quarter of mile to the left, very close to the El Moro hotel to have a nice shore beach. Outstanding housekeeping service, clean rooms, good air conditioning, good room space. I didn't like the parking lot.

Loved this resort. Great location. Friendly and helpful staff. Very good food. I usually don't like to stay at an AI resort but the price was so reasonable that I could still go to some of my favorite local restaurants. I have been staying at another resort in Mzt for 12 years and much preferred the Palms. The only negative I have is that the bed was pretty hard. Walk to many restaurants and shopping.

When plans suddenly changed I needed a hotel quickly. I chose based on the price but I was not disappointed. Rooms we're clean, staff was very helpful and the views and grounds were terrific.

hotel staff was super, from check in to the last day, I have gone to mazatlan for 12 years, but this was the best hotel that we have stayed at, when we return it will be are first choice, thanks to the staff at the Palms, the rooms were great also, along with the grounds, Ron

We checked in early evening, had nice hot showers, before having dinner in the hotel restaurant at sunset. The beachfront restaurant with the swimming pools which hang just above the beach was a truely magical setting. We enjoyed a leisurely excellent dinner for a very reasonable price, before retiring for the night. It was very possibly the best night's sleep I have ever had in a hotel and I'm a very frequent traveler. The room, furnishings and cleanliness were impressive at an excellent price!
