WiFi its so bad!! and the receptionist was rude to me
The pool was fantastic, the view from the room unbeatable (the palm trees and landscaping were just gorgeous) and our room was clean and comfortable. However, the lobby and common areas were dated and under construction, and the service at the pool was unimpressive.
The views were priceless!!! Rooms are clean!!! Beds too firm. WiFi was hit or miss but I think they were fixing them while we visited.
The property is somewhat in poor shape.. the staff overall was good. There is no entertainment of any kind. The swim up bar is very dirty and old..Our room #605 has almost no water pressure from the shower. I reported it and they changed the shower head to a very basic one and still no pressure. They were supposed to come the next day to check again, but never came back..Also, the food menu is very limited..Definitely, will not recommend this hotel.

I ask for the room to be cleaned and laundry to be taken towels to be change I was practically asking for everything it wasn’t done properly we had to wait to go in the room late cause they were cleaning it and it smell funny like the mop was dirty the blankets we had to ask for it and towels and my suite was only a 1 year old baby and a 9 year old kid Meagan adult and I paid an extra night beforecausetgey said that orbits never comunícate about my fly being change to the next day so I over paid mysuite and the service was really rude I will not go back there it’s a beutiful place but I rather stay at some where less priced and better service and food the food was really bad and I got over charged not once but a few times
The WiFi service was not good at all... the beds were a little too hard ... the hotel hs a great view from the lobby...
I loved that the property was on the beach and it was near good resturants.
It was very quiet at night. Beds were excellent. The staff was excellent too. Very helpful and friendly and went out of their way to assist and make guests comfortable. They are hotels's biggest asset. Did not get to use pool because water was ice cold. Showers frequently ran out of hot water or had no hot water. Breakfasts were not very good.
Stayed here in early July 2018. It's a smaller hotel north of the Golden Zone which is quieter and has less of a party scene. This time of year it was mostly catering to Mexican citizens with families. Everyone was friendly and staff was excellent. Room was clean, air conditioned, and comfortable with a great ocean view. Beach is small and fairly steep in front of hotel but was an easy beach walk to larger beach areas.
Very clean and all their people was very nice, when to the pool, just to sit there and enjoy the ocean view, they close at 10pm, but they seems us like we want to stay there and we stay till 4am enjoying the view and our talk.
