It was my second time staying here. It’s always comfortable, clean, it fills my needs during my stay. The parking but most of all for me I feel safe when traveling solo. The staff has always been friendly and accommodating. The pool area is nice and relaxing. I had one issue and it was handle quickly. I would recommend.

I really like how the staff made me feel comfortable, especially being how upset I was, when I first arrived. I thought I had made reservations for the Westgate Hotel that was closer to the Strip, but while I was there to check in, I was told that I was supposed to be at your hotel, and the further away from the strip I got, the more upset I became, because my birthday was a couple of days earlier, and my drivers license had expired, so I wasn't able to rent a car, or gamble, with a few days left. Your staff seeing how upset I was, gave me an upgrade, and sincerely showed empathy towards me, and when I got to my room, I had planned to cry, however when I saw the room, my tears of sadness, turned to tears of joy, and for that, I am forever grateful. And I have been sharing your hotel pictures with everyone I've spoken to, that has asked me about my vacation. So thank you, and a big shot out to Maria who gave me the upgrade and Adrienne who kept me posted on everything happening around the hotel, or apartments.... Totally five stars all the way across the board.♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️
