There is a NoiseAware device installed in the home. This is not a listening or recording device. This device will simply notify StripViewSuites if the noise level goes above a certain volume. This device is for home security and for the consideration of the neighborhood. If there is a noise complaint guests may be asked to immediately vacate the property and no refund will be issued.
