Even though Orbitz says they allow pets, they really don't, but they accommodated us fortunately! They were extremely friendly and apologized for the confusion.

Room was nice and the bed was very nice quality

We reserved a king and checked in they said there was only two fulls available. I even offered to stay in the handicapped room. I was told no other room with a king was available. I requested written proof to show they were not accommodating what I had reserved in order to get a refund from Orbitz. They suddenly had a king room- in the handicapped room. When we went to the room it appeared clean however the sheets and blankets were messy and it had hair and spots on the sheets which made me question if it was clean. I asked for new sheets and they had none available. I asked for blankets and they did provide that so we put it down under us to sleep. They were not helpful initially and seemed annoyed at my requests.

The bathroom was filthy. On the back of the door it looked like some little kid smeared toothpaste all over it. The tub walls had had black mold on it. The towels must be very old because they wouldn’t soak up the water. The pillows on the beds were about 3 inches thick and just sunk in where you put your head. I realize this place was a budget hotel, but you would think at least it would be clean. Wish I could post pictures here of what I found

I’ve stayed here many times due to the inexpensive cost. I’m okay with the older property, the staff, and simple breakfast, but I need a clean room. Previous stays were ok, but this last time my room and bathroom was really yucky. It’s not hard to spray some cleaner and wipe. I would do it myself if that was available!

our stay was very nice. The room was perfect for us and most every thing worked. Only problem was the toilet wasn't working and they moved us to another room right away. Staff were very friendly and courteous. Our needs for the stay was a place to sleep, change clothes and clean up. Nothing fancy, just a comfortable and clean room. That's what we got for a reasonable rate. What more do you need?

I went to check in and they told me the price was $95. I refused to pay that and told them I was not quoted that price. They said the best they will be able to do is $90

This hotel had the basics that I needed. AC, a clean bed and shower, good location and inexpensive price. Everything inside the room seemed clean and recently spruced up with paint. The breakfast area was very small. Our waffle batter had soured I believe because that's what it tasted like and the hard boiled eggs were room temperature so we didn't try them. The check in was easy but the man at the front desk didn't have any sort of friendly personality and took what seemed to be a personal phone call in the middle of my check in. The bed was as comfortable as expected and I got what I needed...a place to sleep.

I had a wonderful stay with this hotel, nothing fancy, great clean room, bed was comfortable, warm shower, the internet was blazing fast, and breakfast was good. I will definitely stay here again.

I’ve stayed here many times due to the inexpensive cost. I’m okay with the older property, the staff, and simple breakfast, but I need a clean room. Previous stays were ok, but this last time my room and bathroom was really yucky. It’s not hard to spray some cleaner and wipe. I would do it myself if that was available!
