Location of property was great but there was absolutely no water pressure. Took a long time to try and shower and very difficult to wash hair as pressure was so bad. They state that windows are mirrored, but when you sit outside you can see everything going on in the room so you have to keep the blind drawn at all times and cannot enjoy the valley view. Little cafe on premises only opens late, so you are unable to get coffee or any form of breakfast until after 8am

Staff was very cordial and friendly.

It was a last minute trip with my two friends to Hotel Valentino, without any background information or familiarity with Valle De Guadalupe. The pictures did not lie, the rooms are cute and comfortable. The hosts Jorge and his wife Lupita welcomed us with such a great warm and welcoming vibe. We were running late for the check in and they were accommodating and very kind about waiting for us to arrive. The overall experience from the moment we arrived was stress free and relaxed... I seriously felt that they made the ambiance very welcoming and respectful. By the time we settled into our rooms the restaurants across the way were closed, we popped into the lobby and asked if there were any restaurants open. Jorge and Lupita offered to make us chicken or sandwiches. It was about 10pm and we were super happy to eat sandwiches, as we prepared our sandwiches we began to conversate and ask about the area and what they would recommend. They were so friendly and I knew then that we had booked the right place. Jorge and Lupita along with Itzel made our good vibe get away perfect. They guided us and accompanied us to local vineyards and shared their knowledge and the experience felt very personalized and they were great company. If your looking for a welcoming relaxed place, I would highly recommend Hotel Valentina. It is very peaceful, very close to other vineyards and the view is beautiful. We also had a curious loving visitor/host by the name of Luna. Luna is the sweet cat.

Wonderful stay in one of the most peaceful surroundings I've seen in a long time. Staff very helpful. This place will only get better as they continue to refine. Only issue was Wi-Fi which did not work well in room.

Sorry that you had a bad review of the property but we never stated we have mirrored windows anywhere In any web site or on premises for privacy you close your blinds like in any hotel or house, also every room has a coffee maker with coffee and all the things to prepare your self a good cup of joe before 8am why didn'tyou use that, also on Orbitz our property description states that our free continental breakfast is served from 8am to 11am everyday. I Can't understand why do you complain of things that where stated in you room description and our hotel policy.
