Just great location, great facilities and staff is very friendly and service minded.

Very clean. Excited to be here. Can’t wait to eat at the restaurant here.

Nice hotel and they gave me an upgrade . I like all you can eat buffet and is in the middle of everything.

Everything was good except they forgot to disclose exceptions with breakfast for the people staying in the room. I felt cornedered with fraudulent charges. Not nice!! Taxes to high...if breakfast is included with the room everyone staying in the room needs to be included thanks

A/C didn’t work in the first 3 rooms I was put in. Staff never apologized or offered anything to make up for the fact that I spent most of my first day in Mexicali moving rooms. The frustrating part was that they insisted on sending a maintenance person to check each a/c unit before the my would move me. I expected a higher level of service from a hotel of this quality. Only bright spot was the excellent Buffett breakfast.

Checked in and was given the wrong bed type. Moved to a room with a broken A/C. Staff walked in to my room as I was about to change clothes. Moved to a third room with a broken A/C before they were finally able to find a room with a working air conditioner. Staff was nice but never apologized for the inconvenience or offered compensation for spending the bulk of our first day moving between four rooms. Doors where crooked and dragged on the floor when trying to close room door leaving a large gap on top that allows people to look into your room if they wanted. The restaurant (Fonda de Mexicali) was the only bright spot of our stay. Overall, considering that this is one of the highest rated hotels in Mexicali, it was a very disappointing stay.

Great!!!, staff was courteous and supportive. Got upgraded to King room in VIP area. Have stayed here before and a few ways great. Restaurant and bar are nice and serve good food. The breakfast buffet is excellent.

The bathrooms need upgrading, but still decent. The front desk staff lady was rude and if we hadn't arrived at 11pm i would have gone down the street at Lucarna. The front desk staff does need improvement.

I've been coming to this hotel for the past two years or so. But it seems that the little things that i start noticing little by little are starting to bug me. For instance the faucet above the bathroom sink is to short which in turn makes it hard for you to wash your hands without it causing a water mess all over the counter. The fan in the restroom is super loud, the A/C unit is loud when it turns off and on. Its the little things that bug me, maybe i'm getting old. Other then the little things, its a great hotel.

Have been ranting about this hotel since my first stay. But now they’re unwilling to refund me for an honest mistake. Not staying there again.

It was an overall great experience and amazing staff

My sister's family stayed at the same Hotel, same rooms and included 4 Buffet breakfasts for $96.00 per room. They reserve through one of your competitors

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful . The hotel had a buffet that was excellent and served our needs

Nice hotel in the middle of city but feels like you're in a resort.

Very clean and nice hotel- friendly staff good restaurants in hotel and near by

Experience starts with the staff. Cleanest lobby and hotel. Beautiful decor. Love the food at La Fonda. And after 8/10 stays we just discovered a tennis court. Can't wait for next trip!

Great hotel, the rooms are very very tidy and clean, centrally located
