Hotel is nice, clean and it has a Starbucks super close It has lots of dinner options close by. The bar has decent drinks and the staff at the bar were very nice and attentive. Room is comfortable. The lady at the lobby at check in was not so nice

verall, the hotel was very nice and comfortable. The bell staff was very informative and helpful, and the maintenance staff was friendly and quick to assist. We initially experienced an issue with the refrigerator and the phone not working, which made it difficult to call for assistance. However, after downloading the hotel’s app as suggested, communication became easy, and the team promptly brought us a replacement mini-fridge and a telephone. While check-in was efficient, a warmer and more welcoming attitude at the reception desk, along with stronger customer service skills, would enhance the overall experience. Despite this, we appreciated the staff’s efforts to resolve the issue and enjoyed our stay.
