Under renovation , it looks like one a construction site. My room was facing the main Street and the noise level died down around 11 pm . woke up at 5:45 am With neighbor room TV on and talking . My room had a door between them and me explaining why I was hearing so much noise . When I checked in that day, I asked a quiet room facing the harbor and not the street but the clerk said they were sold out ( in a Wednesday nite ? Ok lol) The restaurant patio faces thé large parking lot if thé marina in i e side and the harbor with barbel wire on other side . I honestly think that for $119/nite I could have found a resort quiet on sea side

The outdoor spa was not working, we always stay at this hotel only but out of all the times we have stayed this is the 2nd time that the outdoor spa doesnt work.

No hot water the showers, rooms were cold. Outside hot tub was closed

The outdoor hot tub waa not in service. The pool was not warm at all, they changed their pillows for aome overaized ones. They were completely uncomfortable to sleep in.

Friendly staff. Amenities are good. Food at the restaurant delicious. Overall good stay would stay there again!

Thanks for the excellent service They are so friendly and helpful

Beds were so worn out we had to sleep on the pillow so we did not getsucked down into the mattress. Bathtub had been painted a couple times as could be seen by the various rub marks and different colors of paint. Restaurant smelled like a old shoe and was very dirty. when we walking in the staff did not greet us. they looked at us and then went back to their telephone or simply walked into the kitchen. we beat feet out o their and went out for soem sushi... Similar condition hotels can be stayed in for $30/$40 in Ensenada. look around, I won't be fooled again

$30 / night is a mor realistic price for facility cleanliness, smells , and condition of beds and bath
