After check-in, the door to our room was broken (the front of the lock was off with batteries visible and it didn't work). and the desk clerk gave us a new room. The second room was extremely dusty, as if it hadn't been cleaned or used in at least 6 months and there was something that looked like mold on one of the sheets. The next room was cleaner, but still not what I would expect for the price of the room in Elko. There was also no coffee the next morning and the employee on duty didn't seem to care, this from a hotel offering "free" breakfast. Was disappointed to say the least.

New operation at older facility. Very pleasant and helpful staff, but printer, key machine, electrical outlets did not function. Need to get the operations fully running to serve guests.

No wifi, breakfast not as advertised. Bed comfortable and room was clean. Property was a bit tired.

Maybe I was just unlucky and My experience may not be representative but here it is... pleasant staff, easy checkin, room was air conditioned to 60’ish degrees, took a unpleasant cold shower cuz the hot water took 10-20 minutes to come on, had a spider crawl on me in bed. Comfy bed. Room felt damp. Reception area very nice

Not bad for a nightly rest stop. Staff was friendly. Room was clean. If you are looking for a modern place, go elsewhere. The only negative side was that they ran out of a lot of the breakfast options (e.g. milk).

The gym had a strong odor of rubber and glue. Wingate should have properly ventilated the room after upgrading the gym room.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It has a beautiful lobby, very clean and quiet. Breakfast was great, too.

The staff were super helpful and courteous! Breakfast was generous and many options! The rooms were clean, hotel was quiet!

Lobby filled with bros just hanging out and drinking. The bed was pretty small and uncomfortable. Probably one of the nicest hotels in Eljo but still pretty low end.

The room was good and check in was great and good service. The breadfast was good and the is great to get food or drinks. I would stay again.

We were just staying for an overnight trip, very brief. We got in later than expected. The hotel staff was great! Very friendly and helpful. Brought a crib straight to the room and set it up for us. Made travelling with an infant just that much easier! Room was very clean and comfortable. It's nice to not be disappointed when you get to your hotel room at midnight. We'll definitely be coming back to this hotel!

Pretty ordinary room but needs a refrigerator for cooling drinks.

We had a fantastic stay! We even extended our stay another night. The hotel was beautiful and the staff was friendly. We will definately stay there again!
