Checking in was a breeze and welcoming. The entire staff we had contact with were friendly and knowledgeable. The New Pioneer is in a great location and faces the water but not all rooms face the water. Our room faced the parking lot. The room (#132) was clean and comfortable but bare bones. Nothing elaborate here but the price was unbelievably low and so “you get what you pay for”.
