Great room and great price for a river front property. I stay here all the time when I come to Laughlin. No fridge or microwave, but with the money you save you can eat out. Come here when you get tired of being ripped off in Vagas.

Clean room with no frills! It seems like we were next door to people who may have a long term stay. They were on their phone talking at 5:00 am! They were on speaker phone so you could hear the caller and receiver of the phone call conversing in Spanish for at least 45-60 minutes. Waited in line to check in for about 5 minutes…..there was no one in line and there were 2 receptionists while I waited. Appreciated being greeted by the person in the store every time we walked in to the casino. Also enjoyed the restaurant. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service. Food was pretty tasty, too!

The walls in the room were dirty. The neighbors next to us had a fight in the middle of the night and were in and out the rest of the night. We could not sleep all night because of so much noise.

Our overall stay at The New Pioneer was distressing and disappointing. The lack of professionalism, poor guest service, and apparent discriminatory behavior from staff members created an unsafe and uncomfortable environment. As loyal guests who expected basic respect and hospitality, we are calling for this matter to be investigated and addressed appropriately to ensure that no future guests — regardless of race, background, or disability — are subjected to similar treatment.
