The room location brand new carpet flooring nice big clean room the view casino location price the only thing that was disappointing is the bumble berry flats restaurant messed up my order and their food quality has went down good service cool people but better off going to claim jumper at the golden nugget

The elevators were out of service, and the rooms obviously hadn’t been renovated in decades, the furniture was just changed out (at least a decade ago). And its not particularly clear where the office/registration desk is. However, the location is good and the staff were wonderful

I arrived in my room and the tv didn't work I tried calling the front desk to report it only to find out the phone didn't work. The toilet seat would not stay up so i had to hold it while going. The towels were hard like the same hardness of the floor towel. The sheets felt like they were starched. The first night I got a 4 am wakeup call that they had not cleared from the prior guest. I'll never go there again.

Sewer smell right outside the room, bathroom not updated in at least 20 years. Our baby walked around the room for ten minutes and her white socks were filthy. Front desk staff very friendly but that’s the only nice thing to say.
