Nice historic hotel in the heart of Boulder City's old downtown district. Walkable to shops and restaurants. Great complimentary breakfast (you can order off of the menu- not continental as with most chain hotels). Very nice Hoover Dam museum on site- no charge. Historic, self-guided walking tour of the town which originates and ends at the hotel. The down side is, as with all old hotels, the rooms are small and not well insulated. Occasionally we could hear the TV and some voices in the next room although in general the hotel was very quiet.

Historic property in the heart of Boulder City. Rooms are small as expected in an old hotel. Beds are OK. Everything is a little worn but very clean. A full breakfast is included, which was very good. There is a self guided walking tour , that begins at the hotel, which highlights the rich history of the town and it’s involvement with the Boulder Dam ( now Hoover Dam) project.

I love the welcoming staff The amazing location and the great breakfast

The hotel is charming and clean. The free sit down breakfast was great. I highly recommended this hotel

We stayed one night at Boulder Dam Hotel while visiting sites in the area. This is one of the most charming hotels we have ever stayed in! All the woodwork and light fixtures are original, and our room was decorated in period style. We were warmly welcomed at the front desk by a lovely lady and given our room key. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. The bathroom contained shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and hair dryer. There was even a machine in the room that cancels noise! Very helpful when your partner snores! Complimentary breakfast was ordered from the menu in the onsite restaurant and was delicious. We enjoyed the documentary film and museum about the dam, also onsite. There is also an art gallery and gift shop onsite. We would highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel staff was more than helpful and extremely nice. I loved the location of this hotel, but to me the staff, the lady that checked me in and assisted me with questions etc was the most genuine and cheerful person I have ever had while staying at a hotel. If you are looking at hotels in Boulder City, it would be a shame not to choose this hotel.

Very nice experience! Takes a person back to the days when everyone was more friendly and treated as family!

Nice classy hotel from the 1930s Nice formal dining room and excellent free cooked breakfast!

Very nice hotel. Would definitely stay there again!!!!

Loved this historic hotel! It’s charm and decor were inviting. Delicious breckfast with stay. Near many antique shops and great food! Hoover Dam museum and art gallery are worth your time and right in hotel.

We only stayed one night and picked this hotel for it's location and history. Found the lobby very charming and staff very friendly. However, room was smaller than expected and not as comfortable as I would expect.

We enjoyed our stay a this hotel, with the exception of checkin the staff was quite efficient and friendly.

We went to Vegas for a reunion and staying at the Boulder Dam Hotel was a nice little get away from the thrills of Vegas at the end of the day. It was also nice to wake up to piece and quiet and an excellent hot breakfast each morning. Driving into Vegas each day after breakfast was no problem at all. We parked at the Cosmopolitan for $10 and took Ubers around Vegas for $4-$8 a trip.

Nice place - usually stay in Vegas thought we would try something different / well worth it Great breakfast, room was fine n clean Internet n parking no problem, good value About 30-40 minutes to Vegas - which was no problem Memorable place Would stay there again

Great visit to the past in this historic hotel. Wonderful staff and beautifully restored. Be sure to visit the museum too - which is included in your room rate in addition to hot breakfast in the morning.

Great visit. Walking distance to restaurants and shops.

We really enjoyed our stay. You get to pick a free breakfast item off of a menu in the restaurant downstairs and can add on to the free item for a reasonable amount. It is a historic building, so the bathroom is smaller than a usual hotel, but the room was larger than a usual hotel. It had a unique charm, and the town it is in, Boulder, looks like it is the set of a movie.
