Recently fully renovated old school motel. Nothing fancy but everything is tidy and functional. Friendly staff. Comfortable bed. Acceptable linens. Noisy AC. With the TV volume maxed out I could barely hear Ryan Reynolds in some lame computer game movie. The poor AC had to run all night; it was 113f. The neighborhood feels safe enough. It is under transition. Some places are boarded up. Others in disrepair. Some newly renovated. It would feel sketchy, but there’s literally no one else around because of the season and heat.

I was looking for a weekend away from Las Vegas and went to Boulder City. This motel is in the Historic Downtown and within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and bars. The room was quiet and clean and the lady at the front desk was very helpful

Very nice clean and quiet motel just off the main street thru town. It appears newly renovated. Our unit with twin queens had a separate room which had a refrigerator freezer coffee maker and microwave. The room was quiet, even when a douche bag came in after 11 pm slamming doors and talking loud we just heard muffled noise. The central location to many restaurants was a plus. When we return we will gladly return.
